Wonderful room, comfortable bed, great service, wonderful breakfast but I could hear the planes take off and land.

A bit pricey if you get your room last minute. The room was clean and stocked which was great. The main area to check in is separated from the actual rooms so we had to walk outside to get to our room. There were very few food items and room service was low quality and took a while to get to us. I would stay again because it was comfortable and clean.

Great hotel. Quiet and peaceful considering location by highway. Reliable as Marriott properties tend to be. Lower rating due to lack of anything nearby. Great for sleeping, nice breakfast, but no civilization.

Very friendly staff. Dinner/ snack the first half of the week. Clean rooms, as well as two bed two bath rooms. Perfect for rooming with co-workers.

I did not stay here, but my father stayed while in town. The hotel is very nice, very convenient. The hotel staff is amazing! Front desk Alex was so nice and helped with my father's stay. Would recommend this hotel. Thank you

Nice stuff here. Can't go wrong. Split rooms save a group money and provide privacy. Kitchen and supplies provided

Love the space, comfort, and quietness of a Residence Inn property. This location is a short walk to the convenience store and several nearby restaurants. It would be preferred to have a car, if staying here, however there is a dependable airport shuttle.

    A swing and a miss.
I think this is typically a decent place; however I ran into a snag. Shortly after check in, I happened to take a knee to re-tie my shoe, and felt the carpet was wet against my knee. Started looking closer, and it had been wet long enough to wick up into the wood of the TV cabinet.
They gave me another room, no problem. But how long does it take for water to travel through carpet up into the edges of furniture?

Great location just off of 74 on the south west side of Cincinnati just minutes from the CVG airport. All of the rooms have been updated into modern decor. Plenty of parking and the staff is the best feature. Every single employee is professional, positive, and welcoming. I truly enjoy staying at this hotel.

The rooms are very nice and large, with a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On Mondays through Wednesdays, the hotel provides some food around dinner time. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance, but not much.

Unfortunately we found hairs in the shower right after we got into the room. Called the desk & they had someone stop by while we were at dinner. One of the entrance doors to our building was always unlocked, green lights always on. I asked a guy at the front desk who said he wondered about that, too. But he was told its always supposed to stay open. This is a major safety issue! All the other entrance doors to buildings with guest rooms require a keycard. I told the front desk about a loud, squeaky hallway door near our room but that hasn't been fixed yet. I hear the thing clearly from my room. Three out of six people had room key issues. And then there's the showers: this poor design leaves half the stall completely open so water is spraying all about the floor and even hitting the wallpaper. Theres no tub, just less than two inches of edge. So not sure what to with my youngest son. Who knows what lurks behind that wallpaper mess. We had to get extra towels from the front desk to try & keep the floor dry. The room was pretty updated. The complimentary breakfast was great. But the permanent issue with the shower would most likely keep me from coming back.
