The hotel itself was clean as was the room. The staff there were friendly and helpful. One of the things we really appreciated was that it was one of the quietest hotels we've stayed at.

If you need a place to stay it will do. Clean rooms but really dated decor. Hotel needs some upgrades. Restaurant on site is good. Lots of meeting rooms.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and the bed? SUPER comfortable for a hotel bed!!!!! I will definitely choose this place again. Rafferys is right next door for a great dinner! 😍

I came for a work meeting and the food is delicious. I did not stay in a room but the service was friendly & attentive. The veggies were steamed perfectly & the salad was fresh. Delicious! I will remember this when I host events!

Nice hotel. It felt new and modern. Great shuttle service to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Instead of trying the hotel restaurant, I went to one of several within easy walking distance.

The service is great and the breakfast is delicious and fresh. The staff are friendly and open, from the Bistro staff to the front desk, especially Charmaine & Linda. Housekeeping staff and managers actually speak to clients as they walk the halls. Even the shuttle drivers were lovely. Southern hospitality is never out of style!

The hotel is located conveniently just putside of downtown Cincinnati. There are restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. I must say it's one of the more humble Hilton hotels I have visited. The rooms were pretty standard and the bathroom was fairly small, literally a one person bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice place in a convenient spot for restaurants, some shopping, and 15 minutes from the airport. Rooms and amenities are typical for the brand, staff all nice. Sign in the lobby says renovations ongoing but they were not disruptive.

Shuttle service good, no free breakfast, nice comfy, clean beds, okay wifi. Small pool area! No hot tuv. Gorgeous rooms and nice t.v. no microwave in room but had one downstairs. Convenient within walking distance to many places to eat.

Hotel is what you'd expect. Comfortable rooms, decent WiFi and the like. Had a couple issues with my group and hotel staffnotably the van driver. Other than that the rest of the staff seemed pleasant.

Hotel restaurant has a limited menu, Rafferty's across the street has good burgers. Rooms are currently being updated. Decent gym and unique small pool.

Very comfortable rooms. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation so we had to walk past some construction but the workers were very courteous and professional. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
