This hotel is fantastic. all of the staff were devoted to making my stay enjoyable. And who doesn't love a kitchenette.
Will definitely be staying here again if I come back through. But even if I'm not in cincy for the night I'll still drop in to say hi to the staff that is more like family now.response / report this review -

The staff was exceedingly pleasant, things were clean, and the price was more than fair. However, some things were in need of repair in the room. Such as the toilet seat and the valve on the shower. And while there is absolutely no law that states that it needs to be there, it would be nice to have something more substantial provided for breakfast beyond coffee and granola bars. Not a bad experience by any means, but some minor repairs and a bagel or two would help out.

Great place to stay, housekeeper Tonya does such a wonderful job on cleaning her rooms. Front desk and manager are so nice. Great location,family hotel.

This was a pleasantly nice hotel stay. Great value for the money. Clean room, reasonably spacious. Decent decor and furniture. Kitchenette was nice enough for a hotel room. Continental breakfast left something to be desired.

I personally didn't stay here but was visiting a friend; was a good visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel in general seemed nice; the staff was friendly. I recommend it.

This hotel is okay to stay for a night or two. Our room had a half empty Pepsi in the fridge and Easy Mac that expired in September of 2016 in the cabinet so it kind of appears that the house cleaning staff just doesn't care. Our sheets appeared to be clean but I would say I'm not 100% sure. The hotel lobby also smells very strongly like paint.

I am currently checking in as I type this. It is 2:43 in the morning I just drove from Louisville in the pitch black to come visit my daughter at Cincanatti Children's hospital like I do every weekend. I just checked in and walked into a dirty room on top of that when I walked in the receptionist is walking around in socks and a tiny black tank top which clearly doesn't hold her breast in well. Anyway, my room was dirty she apologized but they are sold out of rooms so now she is currently upstairs cleaning my room at 245 in the morning before I check in. This is the worst experience ever here. I blew off the fact the LAST weekend the man receptionist Brandon was so rude to me. He sighs and said "OF COURSE YOU DONT" when I told him I didn't have a cc to put on file. These people are always so nice and sweet but the night shift crew really really disappoints me.

Great location and super nice and helpful staff, but the room was DIRTY! There was a dirty pair of socks and lots of debris under out bed, dog hair stuck too eh bathroom door, the laminate floors were filthy, and the mattress protector was a lovely composition of stains. Overall disappointed regarding the housekeeping.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchens have basic needs like a microwave, toaster, stove top, sink, and fridge. We were able to get extra towels at the front desk easily. There are snacks and drinks available from vending in the large laundry room. There is also a small exercise room with a few pieces of cardio equipment. The free WiFi is slow, but you can purchase high speed for a reasonable fee.
