Wonderful and clean hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the services and amenities you receive. I highly recommend.

Business Travel Nightmare
As frequent traveler I often stay at Marriott properties. This property in particular has a lot to be desired. The check-in process was great and the staff very friendly but that's where it ended. As I ventured up to the third floor via I noticed that the elevators were the slowest elevators I have ever been in. If you're in a rush take the stairs :). Once I got to my room it is evident that a fresh update is very much so needed. The headboards were peeling, the sofa is ready to cave in and the glass shower doors hitting each other every time you try to open them. I did not have any bath towels in my room when I checked in and I have ask the front desk the following morning to please send some up. When I got back that evening no signs of bath towels. It's a bit tough to dry off using a hand towel but that's what you get at the SpringHill Suites at the Gateway Center. Also a side note the television channels are very limited most are displaying a satellite error and automatically kick to Fox News.response / report this review -

Very convenient to stay here before early morning flights. A clean facility, easily to locate and long-term parking. Take the elevator up, a quite tram ride and you're at ticketing. It's a great deal for traveling .

I missed my plane and the airport put me in Springhill Suites. The man at the desk was very kind and helped me figure out how to get there. It was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. It even smelled like flowers.

Rooms are spacious, nice gym and pool facilities. Cleaning services could use improvement. Biggest complaint is that ALL THE TVS are programmed to Fox News. All the gym TVs. The room TV. I left for two minutes to get coffee (the power in the room turns off when you remove the room key from the power slot) and as soon as I turned the TV back on it had switched back to Fox News, not CNN, the channel I left it on. This happened EVERY TIME. Please do not assume your guests are Republicans who watch that garbage.

The smaller than a normal Springhill Suites but a room is nice. The configuration is different. The shower enclosure is not tight and leaks on the floor. No fan with toilet. No safe. Only one TV on swivel for living and bed areas.

Stayed during the 2017 Don't Give Up Jehovah's Witnesses convention. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome and staff was polite, attentive and efficient. The indoor pool and work out facility were tiny. The deepest section of the pool was l3 to 3 1/2 feet. Parking lot was gated and secure. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Stay away from Ruby Tuesday. I highly recommend this property.

I loved how the hotel was connected to the airport via mini train (sky tram). Super easy to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was good - wish they had waffles.

Very clean and pretty rooms. AC works well. Comfortable temps. Pool was closed. Delicious continental breakfast with good coffee. Management encourages going green as far as towels and linens sre concerned which is almost impossible due to lack of hooks or bars to hang more than one towel at a time. Also, no close outlets to bed to charge phones and tablets.only reasons I did not give 5 stars. But there is a convenient outlet at work desk with office chair.

Our young family stayed the night to catch an early flight after visiting family. The location is super convenient being on the Skytrain. Check in was quick and painless and the room was perfect for the five of us. They provided a pack and play for our youngest free of charge. I'll definitely be staying again next time I'm flying out of ATL.

The location was perfect for the event I'm attending. The hotel is lovely and extremely clean. The staff is fabulous!! So friendly and helpful!! I would definitely stay here again if I we're in Atlanta :)

Great place to stay near the airport. Airport shuttle train stops right next to the hotel making it an easy walk. Being near the airport also makes it easy to get on the train to downtown (MARTA). Pillows do leave something to be desired as I had to ball my down pillow up into a ball to sleep on it causing me to toss and turn most of the night. Staff very friendly and wanted to hear any concerns we had.

This is a great hotel, with GREAT access to the airport firstly. Solid breakfast, 24 hour coffee and fitness center, the indoor pool seemed nice too. The rooms were very nice and had a separate shower room/toilet room that made getting ready a little easier for a family/couple. Parking is not free for all rates, but certain special rates (AAA for example) include it, and the hotel also offers park and fly for a certain number of days last I checked. It's a great place to stay for business/trips.
