Nicely renovated. Awesome front desk staff that work evening and audit. Breakfast was great. Quick check in. Room was beautiful. Will stay here again. Very close to airport.

Stayed there many times. It's always been a great experience . I loved the breakfast bar. Nice view of the porche building. Great view of planes taking off and landing from the Atlanta airport. Friendly staff.

Great place to stayforever in love with there comfortable beds.

First time in Atlanta and I felt really welcomed. I don't have anything bad to say about the service. The staff was very helpful and provided as much information as I needed.
I used MARTA for my transport. The bus stop is close which makes it easy to reach downtown from the hotel.
The only downside is that the water temperature in the shower was fluctuating but overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Very helpful and polite staff, and clean and comfortable rooms: I had a great stay. I was able to print business forms in their center downstairs for free and the breakfast wasn't half bad; the coffee was good. The only downside was the neighborhood and that was hardly a big downside, I would stay again.

Let's deal with the elephant in the room first: This is an airport hotel. It's not quiet, but guests are provided with earplugs.

The Best Western Plus is a well worn, but well maintained property. Our room was clean and in good condition. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. A tenth floor room provided a beautiful view over the airport, with the Porsche Experience Center in the foreground.

Immediately opposite the entrance is Joffrey's Cafe & Restaurant, which is much better than it needs to be. Walking in at 6:45 on Halloween Tuesday, we were the only customers, normally a bad sign, but I was tired. Lobster bisque was very good; calamari a little over fried, but still tender; grilled cheese sandwich with onions well prepared and presented.

Great hospitality from the airport Delta to the shuttle and the front desk clerk.Stress from the cancel flight we were greeted with a safe place to lay our heads a hot shower and a good breakfast in a.m. the Atlanta airport had plenty of places to eat and the bonus was the beautiful art work that greeted us traveling to our next Leg of the race.

Hotel was conveniently near the airport. Yes, it was noisy because if the airplanes but what can you expect staying so close. We didn't have a problem with that, plus hotel provides earplugs. Room was clean, sheets appeared clean, bathroom was clean. The room was overall a great value. The hotel did have a broken elevator but 2 other ones were working so no problem there. Breakfast was good, better than continental breakfast. A variety of menu items both hot and cold. We would very likely stay there again.

Beds are too hard. DO NOT DEPEND ON THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO ARRIVE ON TIME. It's supposed to run every 30 minutes. It's more like an hour or more. It took us 20 minutes to check in. Rooms were clean but you have to plaster yourself to the wall of the shower in order to be under the water. I'll be staying at another hotel next time I'm in town.

Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a stay around the Atlanta Airport. Rooms are very clean. They take hospitality seriously.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Only complaint is that I could hear the airplanes but what do you expect from a hotel near the airport. They lay out earplugs for your convenience.

This reservation was made by Delta Airlines due to cancellations. The check-in went smoothly and when I went to expand the reservation on my own for 1 more night it was very easy to keep my own room. Full breakfast, not continental breakfast was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selections. Rooms very large. Beds comfortable. Takes some getting used to the noise of the trucks leaving the highway and the late night trains, but overall excellent place to stay.

Hotel and room was clean. Nice decor, recently decorated. I definitely enjoyed the balcony. The staff was great. Had some issues but management and staff worked it out. Breakfast wasn't that bad either. Overall this will be the hotel we use whenever we are in town.

Convenient, older facility. Staff are very pleasant, rooms are quite presentable and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. We staff here at least once a year while visiting family in the area and appreciate the service and quality we receive.
