The hotel was very nice. I was here for a work sponsored event. I did not stay in a room. The event was catered by the hotel. The food was just okay selections, but it was served at a nice warm temperature. And the servers were kind.

The Hilton has been a wonderful stay. I add 2 minor concerns which were quickly addressed by the front desk personnel.

PROS: Located right off a major highway.

CONS: needs bigger tubs
Needs newer tiolets
No valet better parking
No airport shuttle

Great service! Loved the room and bed. Nice variety for breakfast. It was my birthday and they celebrated with treats for me. Location was conveniently away from traffic but close enough to many attractions. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Very nice hotel. Lobby and rooms were extremely clean.Rooms appear to be recently renovated. Shower was great and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and the waiters in the dinning room were very attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Was a nice hotel but we reserved a room with 2 queen beds. We get there and they overbooked. Gave us a room with one king and was supposed to have a pull out bed. It did not have the pull out, so then they end up giving us the room we originally booked, only because someone cancelled their reservation. I'm happy we got the right room but they musical rooms we played left a sour taste in my mouth.

I experienced the ballroom for a special event. It was very nice, with comfy chairs to sit at for an extended period of time. The food served at lunch was delicious. The wait staff was courteous.

Nicely decorated rooms.old toilet in bathroom with yellow tinted seat. I'm not sure how that was missed during renovation. Room service pretty much nonexistent. I held the phone and let it ring twice for exactly 4 minutes and no one picked up. Maybe they are busy due to storm? Other than that it's a clean and neat hotel with nice decor.

Friendly staff that checked in with me before, during, and while I checked out. Rooms are clean and modern looking. The executive lounge is nice and has a small but decent selection of food and drinks. Overall a nice hotel. My only complaint is my room was next to the ice machine and I could hear others getting ice.

Beautiful hotel aesthetics. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a nice size. Resteraunt/bar has an excellent selection (minus points for no draft beer).

I've been there first time for a party. Nice place for a gathering of 200s. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but it was Saturday night so understandable. Not sure about who catered but food arrangement was superb.

We were with the Schneider party. It was a wedding party. We stayed for several nights. Had a wedding brunch there and drinks and all of our family flew into town from there. We also did our wedding at Flint Hill. The shuttle was awesome but he scared the hell out of us when he drove. The concierge was very very kind and fun. I can't say enough awesome things about this hotel never once have I had a bad time there.

I attended a training recently at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast. I must say the customer service was by far the best I ever experienced. The staff was gracious and quick to help solve any issues that arose. The room was spacious and the hotel supplied water and tea for us. They constantly checked to make sure we were okay. I would definitely choose this hotel for a personal stay.

Stayed here this past weekend for my wedding. Service was great!! Special thanks to Brittany, who really went out of her way to make it a special weekend, but all the staff is very polite and professional.
The rooms are very clean and modern. When we arrived after our reception, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. I don't remember them mentioning this, so it was a very pleasant surprise :)
All of our guests who stayed there complimented on how nice the hotel was and they all had a very comfortable stay.
We had a couple of hiccups with other vendors and such, so it was really nice that we didn't have any trouble with the Hilton staff and accommodations.
