The cleaning staff are nice. The eggs at breakfast and the grits are really not good. The front desk staff are less than desireable. Location is good.

This hotel is always our first choice when we travel for work in Alpharetta. The staff go out of their way to make us feel at home for an extended stay, such quality service. The rooms are peaceful, modern and clean, and its convenient to the great steakhouse which is a short stroll across the street. They have a laundry room too, which is so handy! Highly recommend this hotel 🙂

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious, they serve complimentary hot appetizers, beer and wine Monday thru Thursday. I have stayed here many times and will continue in the future. Great place and location!

We had a wonderful experience at Homewood Suites in Alpharetta. The accommodations were very nice. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

One of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in a while! All the staff were very friendly, and professional. The facilities were clean and beyond what we expected. We definitely plan to visit again for sure.

Balcony only comes in a double bed configuration. King Bed rooms have no balcony. Breakfast was decent. Love the business services

Room has a strong scent which I wasn't a fan of. But, I left the windows opened which is helping my stay. It's nice and cozy with nice bathrooms. Can't complain, meets my expectation of Hilton brand

Very nice suite, just wish the beds were bigger. Clean, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, sausage, egg and cheese or egg and cheese bagels, grits. Waffles, fresh fruit, etc.

Really enjoyed my stay at Homewood. The management were accommodating allowing me to check-in before standard time. Staff were always very friendly as you walk through the lobby & the rooms were clean.

Absolutely Horrible Management,
My wife and I stayed one night for our wedding anniversary. Two weeks after we check out, we get a charge for $250 for smoking in the room. My wife and I don't smoke and have never smoked. We thought it was a mistake. I called the GM, Sahil, and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He refused to give me my money back and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back multiple times and he would pick up and hang up. Next thing I know, cops are calling me to tell me to stop calling. REALLY!!! I am a paying customer and I can't call back to speak with him. So basically, its OK for them to charge whatever erroneous charges they want and customers can't call to dispute. I have filed a dispute w/ my cc company, sent an email to the CEO and written reviews about my experience. I would recommend to stay as far away from this shady hotel as you possibly can.response / report this review -
