I recently stayed here for a business trip, and my experience was great, overall. The hotel staff was courteous, my room was clean, and I had no issues during my stay. The hotel is located off of the Skytrain stop, so it's pretty easy to get to from the airport, once you locate the train itself. I'll definitely stay here again.

Easy getting to the hotel from Atlanta airport via the tram. Hotel is starting to show its age a little, but they still have impeccable service. The noise from the airport is not to loud nor did it really bother me while sleeping at night. I would stay at this location again for the easy way into the airport for early morning flights out.

I only ate at the restaurant as I was at an event at the convention center next door but, clean and modern vibe in the lobby and restaurant. I had the buffet and it was good, eggs/omelets cooked to order. The chef was on great had the heat on the right level (no lace around the eggs) and order was good perfect. $19 for the buffet but under 15 for plate food. So good selection.

Attended my little sister's wedding here. We also had several rooms for the family visiting from out of town. We were well served by everyone, from the valet to the bartender. Extremely clean despite the large number of people in & out of the various establishments inside. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful people and decor. They were able to accommodate me last minute when I had an overnight layover. Lord bless this place and their amazing staff!!

Here for a conference. Hotel was clean (no complaints for it), restaurant was horrible. Ordered for the group at 10:30am. Break for lunch at noon, and get seated at the restaurant. After asking for service 3 times we finally eat drinks at 12:45. At 1:05 we finally walked out. At 12:30 they told us the food was ready, they just needed to get our names to get our food from the kitchen.

First negative review I've ever written. Service was absolute garbage!

We were there for a conference. The majority of the staff we encountered was very friendly and accommodating. Some of the food was less than desirable, but other were very good. Convenient location for travelers.

It's a beautiful hotel; clean rooms; friendly staff; comfortable beds. Breakfast was phenomenal! Everything would have been five stars, except that as we were checking in we got some offer to upgrade to a suite. With three kids and two adults we thought that was a great idea. The lady at the desk said that it would be $100 and she kept saying that over and over. Well it wasn't $100, it was +$100. She could have phrased it better so that it was clear that it was $100 on top of the rate we were going to pay.

I got stuck staying here one night when I missed a connection flight through the Atlanta airport. There were a lot of people stuck with me and the lines for checking in we're long all night. The staff handled it efficiently and we're very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and a pretty good size. There was a party going on in the next room over and I was concerned about the noise disrupting us, but you couldn't hear it as much as I feared initially. When I did call to the front desk, they said they would send someone up, though I am not sure they ever did. One of my only complaints is there aren't many food options around when you get stranded late at night.the food at the hotel restaurant is very mediocre, but getting a food order in 3 minutes before the kitchen closed wasn't a problem when I realized how hopeless getting food elsewhere was and the staff was very wonderful about it.

you know the convenience of just having to take the airports train to get here makes it great for business travelers with just a few hours of layover time here in ATL for a quick getaway. the staff is professional but can joke around. make sure to request a room by an elevator as this place is huge and you'll be walking like a football field to get to certain rooms.

Rooms are neat, clean and very comfortable. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great setup for corporate functions and conveniently located near the airport creating an easy access for individuals that are commuting from distant locations.

After traveling all day trying to get to Aspen (to no avail), I finally went to the the Marriott Gateway to get something to eat and get some sleep. Very easy & friendly check-in. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Went to the restaurant to relax after an arduous day to get something to eat and a glass of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. They had a Starbuck's in the lobby area and made me an iced coffee at 6am before heading back to the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly. A comfortable stay all the way around.
