I was weary at first if staying at this hotel because some Sheratons have been rather sketchy. However this was a positive and uplifting experience. Coming in on a nine o clock flight can make one tired and hungry. To still have room service open makes the experience so much better. The chicken wings were delicious. The only thing keeping this from being a five star in my opinion was that the water was freezing cold. We were told it was because we are on an end room. Over all good experience.

Wonderful hotel that is close to the airport. Impressed with the staff at the front desk, pleasant, friendly and very attentive. Decor in the rooms is very comfortable and provided a comfortable nights sleep. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. Great experience!

Sheraton Imperial RDU, is a great airport hotel. Perfect for getting work done for the traveling businessperson or just an overnight guest catching a flight. Located just a few minutes away from RDU, and right next to an excellent gym which a guest has access to. You will enjoy your stay, employees are friendly and helpful with your needs.

Nice clean hotel. Room was good, clean, w fridge, and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Took the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and also used it to go to the local Walmart. Buffet breakfast had standard fare of hot and cold items. Not too much around walking distance.

The rooms at this hotel were very comfortable, and the staff is incredible and goes out of their way to help you. The event rooms are also spacious and great for events of all sizes. However, the temperatures throughout the hotel fluctuate significantly. During my stay, the hotel was still blasting the air conditioning in the hallways despite the fact that it was 30 degrees outside. Overall a good stay.

My stay has been pleasant and the staff are great. The breakfast buffet is a lot more expensive than the breakfasts I'm used to getting at a hotel. Most that I normally stay at offer it free.

Amazed with the quality of service during my short stay here. I had multiple employees strike up conversations and we're very genuine, caring, and courteous (all called me 'sir'). Hotel was of good quality and parking was not a problem. They appeared to run the convention very well!

Great looking public facilities with very helpful staff who are working hard to meet your needs. The shuttle service to both the airport and local restaurants was timely and efficient. The guest rooms, however, are looking a little dated and could use a refresher.

So I'm giving this a 2 star rating and that's being pretty generous. I stayed at the Sheraton Imperial for two nights while we had training for 2 days last week. The hotel itself aesthetically looks very nice everything seems to be pretty modernized however a few things really upset me during my stay. First off after arriving to the airport the shuttle service which is an on-demand service failed to come pick us up 20 minutes after we called and they said they be there I had to call back and they somehow crossed wires and said they really sorry and that they would send someone right away, my co-worker and I waited another 25 minutes until we decided that they weren't coming we called an Uber and have them Uber come pick us up and take us to the hotel. That evening we went down to the bar and the bar service was very good the appetizers we ate we're good and they had a nice selection of different beers. We spent a couple hours down there and went to bed that next morning as I jumped in the shower, no hot water, it wasn't freezing cold but it certainly wasn't hot. The next evening after dinner I was heading down the hallway to my room and noticed a ginormous cockroach in the hallway but went ahead and let that slide as I went to my room to get some sleep. The next morning I woke up to take a shower and again no hot water but at that point it didn't matter I knew it was my last day at the hotel. So between the no hot water, the old flat screen TVs, the cockroach, and also finding dried blood on the back side of my pillow I would give this rating one star, however being the wait staff at the bar was very accommodating and super friendly I bumped it up two two stars.

A very nice hotel. I wasn't there long enough to know what is near it. My room was nice and clean and looked recently updated. Everything except the bathroom door. The door looked like it was shredded at the bottom. I figured out why after I showered. I did get some super yummy fries and great service there.

The Sheraton Imperial is a great place to stay!! Service is over the top and always clean rooms. Have been staying for 27 years and never disappointed with VIP Treatment.

I was told there would be no cancellation fee for my room when I cancelled but my card was still charged the amount. When speaking with multiple people, I was told there shouldn't be a cancellation fee, including supervisors and managers. I was told to talk to the accounting department to get my money back today (Friday) and when speaking with the first woman, who was nonchalant about the entire incident, she told me I was unable to because it was under 48hours. Explained to the woman, I was told on multiple occasions by multiple people, that my money wouldn't be touched. We had to relocate the tournament therefore I had to get a new hotel (thank god it wasn't a Marriott hotel) and had $100+ budgeted for the weekend which the Starwood took after telling me multiple time there would be no cancellation penalty. This is a very important and busy weekend and the Sheraton has made it a little more difficult. The other staff at the Sheraton were good people but as far as Tara and Karen in accounting. I hope they get whatever karma is deserving.

Rooms are spacious, with fridge. Restaurant seems small for size of hotel. Seems to be mainly buffet style so you have to serve yourself. Price not bad for dinner, but seemed a little spend for breakfast. Okay for some, but I can't eat $14 worth of scrambled eggs. Bar service could use improvement. Either no one there or service really slow. Not very friendly either. All other hotel staff very friendly, though.

Front desk staff and van drivers are extremely nice and professional, would go out of there way for you. Plenty of food options and the rooms are clean and up-to-date. A great business hotel!

Great experience when I was there for a meeting event (about 300 attendees). The food was good even though it was mass produced, the A/V had no problems, and the bathrooms were clean. I was honestly surprised by the experience. I was not an overnight guest but I can only imagine that I would have the same experience level with the hotel rooms. Recommended!
