I stayed here for a week and couldn't have been happier. Staff was super friendly and the included breakfast was outstanding!
Far from the freeway so it was very quiet.
WiFi was excellent and the rooms are new and clean.
Can't go wrong on this one.

This was a well-appointed hotel in a very convenient location. Our room was large and comfortable. There was a balcony, but it only overlooked the parking lot; rooms on the other side at least overlook the pool. The breakfast was the usual hot bar you expect from a hotel of this range. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

By far the nicest and most welcoming hotel. I had read about the warm cookies but has forgotten about them until we received the most amazing chocolate chip cookies. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel felt more like a welcoming inn instead of a stuffy generic hotel. We ended up going down to the bar for a couple if beers and the while lobby was filled with guests enjoying them sells and eachother company. They have a covered outdoor lounge area by the pool that blew my mind. If it wasn't so cold, I could have stayed out there all night. Will highly recommend to anyone staying near Raleigh/Durham and will hold every hotel this this one's standards

The hotel is a few miles from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs almost all the time. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The bartender was excellent. My room was clean and very nice. The bed was great, and I got a good night of sleep. Great experience overall.

I’m not normally one to review but I must say the experience at this Hilton was a step above what we even expected. There were 5 wedding at the venue and we received impeccable service. The front desk staff really made it for us. They were so friendly and kind which you don’t often find these days. Highly recommend this hotel if you need a nice space.

Eliseo is the best bartender ever. Period. Give him all the love. He's the best and deserves a billion dollars in tips. He's so easy to talk to and chuckles at silly conversations and makes people feel very welcome. He should be a manager and I love him. Period.

Nice quiet location just off I40 but fairly close to a number of local attractions and a good selection of restaurants. The hotel itself us welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The staff are extremely helpful and the service at both the bar and restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel is amazing. Beautiful building with rocking chairs on the porch as you arrive. There is a good restaurant and bar. The outdoor pool is nice with lots of chairs surrounding it. The rooms are standard Double Trees with comfortable beds. The only downside is the lack of anything to do nearby.

Not a bad hotel for business travel. The hotel is conveniently located near the hotel in the RTP area. The hotel itself is in good shape overall although the gym was in a state of renovation when I got there. The pool could use some work. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. The only real downside was the large business group that were loud and drunk for 2 nights in a row. It would have been nice if the front office staff tempered them a bit so the rest of us could sleep.

We used their car parking service during a multi-week vacation out of town. When we returned, our car battery was dead. Even though we didn't stay at the hotel, the staff treated us like VIPs. They quickly had maintenance assist with our car trouble, they provided multiple cookies and bottles of water to my kids since it was a hot day, and they consistently asked what else they could do to help. All this occurred after I just asked to use the phone to call AAA.

This was one of the BEST customer service experiences of my life. The next time we fly out of RDU, we will definitely be staying here.

It's a Hilton, but before it was an older hotel. Some upgrades, friendly staff and a fresh lick of paint make it spruced up but you can't fix old cramped rooms where you cannot swing the bathroom door closed without taking your knee caps of because the bathroom is so cramped the toilet pushes you into the closing door. Had a noisy bar fridge motor that made getting to sleep near impossible. It became a game of me unplugging it to fall asleep and the staff continually plugging it in again.

Great service and surroundings! The experience here was definitely 5 star. When we checked in, everyone was very friendly and even offered warm cookies and showed us to where we needed to go. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved how comfortable the bed was and the relaxing colors in the room. Best nights sleep ever!

I am enjoying my 3 nights here. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beds are pillow soft. You can sleep late and not be disbursed. The Gourmet breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious and so worth the cost. I love to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Check in was a breeze. Love the warm cookies and the ladies said you can have more if you want :) these cookies are so good. Air conditioning was ice cold and love the hot hot hot showers. The water is filter water and it makes a big difference in your skin. If you are looking for an upscale hotel that feels like a resort, I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here 5 nights on business. Had a good size room with a king bed and couch. in room safe was available. bed was comfortable with good pillows. Lobby was nice with a large fireplace, comfortable seating. Included a very large work table with about 8 club chairs perfect for doing work and it was connected to a printer. I had breakfast buffet in the restaurant everyday. It was plentiful and very good.. Hot fresh oatmeal was there everyday along with eggs, meats, sweets, fresh fruit. OJ was delicious and fresh. there is a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles for free. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel
