Rooms are nice and clean (usual courtyard decorations). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation that I have is to update the showers/bath tub, and get a faster elevator, but otherwise a great hotel!

This appears to be an older hotel that is due for some remodeling. Staff was nice, room appeared okay, tube didn't drain very well, sink had a new faucet that was very tight, and toilet was newer, but didn't completely flush each time.

Fantastic experience! We booked last minute with no trouble. Front lady was very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Drinks from the bar were reasonably priced and very good! We ate out at Crabtree at Brio. The whole experience was very good!

Room was clean. AC worked well. Staff was very nice. Only complaint is the elevator is very slow and there is only one of them, even service workers use the one elevator. But enjoyed my stay

Stayed here a couple times and it's a nice hotel Wasn't upgraded to the newer Courtyard last time I was there, but was still a nice location with friendly. staff.

It was quite. Made reservations ahead of time and was not told the truth. Very disappointed in our room. Close to mall and other hotels.

The staff has been very helpful while visiting North Carolina, they have gone beyond what has been needed. Last night they actually unlock the pool area for us to use. The pool area was used after they unlocked it was after the hours it was supposed to be closed so they do go beyond what they were supposed to do

In for a company retreat, room service was great breakfast was a bit slow, id suggest putting in an order at least 30 mins ahead of schedule. Staff was welcoming.

I was really surprised but the low rating submitted by several patrons. We stayed in a room with two queens. The room was clean, the beds and pillows very comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. I would definitely stay here again. No, the breakfast isn't free but I don't mind that. I never experienced a musty smell. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very quiet.
