The hotel was nice,clean & staff was nice but the noise in hallway late at night was crazy & couldn't sleep.Was told there would be a microwave but wasnt & sheets had stains on them.

We were in one of the event spaces downstairs, and it was a catered event by the hotel. The service staff was really nice, and eager to service, and make sure that we had everything that we needed.

Room service was always prompt and friendly, rooms were clean as was the property. Could have been perfect, had we not found a massive cockroach just inside the entrance our first night.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel! It was modern and clean with spacious rooms and a comfy bed! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not included but ThePub, a restaurant off the lobby, offered a buffet and other favorites. Would stay here again!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn recently.. (Crabtree valley Mall) pleasant as always. Very clean and professional as always. We will likely stay again the next time we go to Raleigh.

It was a very nice hotel but the bathroom didn't have a vent and didn't have a rack to hang up our towels. We opted to do their green service so we didn't have room service. I think for those that get daily room service not having a towel rack would be fine. We didn't have a place for our big towels. The breakfast was nice. The room itself was nice. No microwave though.

I really liked this hotel. I stayed two nights. It looks brand new or recently renovated. Beautiful property. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but it smelled amazing when I walked by. The employees were friendly.

Very nice and modern atmosphere. Bed and sheets were very nice. Front desk could have been a bit nicer, I had to wait on someone to come to the front before I was able to check out.

It was a recently renovated property, nice lobby and bar/restaurant area. Room was spacious although the bathroom and particularly the vanity was tiny. Had some issue with the electrical switch near the bed working and the switch at the door didn't work either or the light was burned out. Not a huge deal but little things make it a 4 star stay versus five. No free breakfast although you can purchase from the restaurant.
