Nice hotel clean good staff pretty decent breakfast the only problem I had is my car was burglarized in the parking lot as well as some other cars they do not have any kind of security I was very surprised because it it looks like a nice neighborhood

I stay at this LaQuinta each time I travel to Cary for business. The hotel is well laid out and visually appealing. Of note: I'm thankful for the plethora of electrical outlets available in the rooms, as this is something often left to be desired. Staff is attentive and kind. The hotel's management demonstrated care and concern addressing an issue we ran into with one of our stays. We will continue to stay here each time we return to this market.

I was encouraged driving up to the hotel. Looked pretty with the fall leaves. Check-in took awhile though as I waited about 5 minutes for the young woman at the desk to count coins. She never acknowledged me to apologize for the wait. The spaciousness of the room was a very pleasant surprise and makes me want to rate the property higher. However, there were a few gross stains on the ottoman, the carpet was pulled loose in the middle, one of the electrical outlets didn't work, a lamp was plugged in to another outlet that didn't work, and the light switch in the bathroom was falling apartto the point where it seemed a potential hazard. Breakfast options were minimal. They did have eggs and sausage patties sized to fit in biscuits, but the biscuits were bone cold and stale (the second morning they had the warmer turned on). At checkout, there was literally no one at the desk for 15 minutes. Turns out she was also in charge of the food.. Five others lined up to check out before she finally showed up at the desk. No apology, just a semi-rude demeanor. With a little better management, this could have been a 4+ star experience.

I was very impressed overall with my stay at La Quinta. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms are. Not to mention the price they charge is extremely reasonable. Our room was very modern- plenty of storage and a large dresser for guests who have longer stays planned. The bathroom lacked nothing- great counter space and lighting. La Quinta offers amenities of that of pricier hotels along with a decent breakfast in the morning . This is one of the rare examples where your not sacrificing quality for a good price. Lastly, they passed with flying colors as far as the cleanliness of the bedding goes. I’m kind of a stickler when it comes to linens in hotels and boy did they deliver in that department. No odd odors/stains/ strands of hair found!!!!

Definitely worth for the price that we paid. Got a suite room for $109. This had two rooms in it and very spacious, my kid loved those rooms and became active once we shifted to la Quinta from other hotel which had only one small room. This hotel is adjacent to Walmart :)
How ever Negative points are ,
1) plug points weren't working on computer desk.
2) Also corridors stink a bit they definitely should use some room fresheners.
3) They should bring in some dumbbells in the gym.
4) cleaning staff needs to be improved on their work and Appearance.response / report this review -

PROS
The building exterior and lobby are clean. Our beds were well made every day. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was alright. Blinds darkened room well.
CONS
Elevator was broken for our entire stay (4 nights) - I guess it wasnt a priority for them.
Bathrooms had no ventilation fans.
Door to bathroom is a french door with a large center gap and no lock.
Strong unpleasant odors in all hallways.
Bathrooms need to be refurbished (caulk stains, mineral deposits everywhere, poor bathroom lighting)response / report this review -

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Not fancy, but I was looking for something simple and this was perfect. While I didn't need them, had a microwave and fridge for convenience. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and a great choice. Would definitely stay here again

Clean facilities in a quiet location. The staff is always cheerful, professional, helpful, and prompt. I stay here several weeks each year and have never had an unpleasant stay.

Walked out and demanded refund. Was not told king "suite" did not have pullout couch and had to make two trips to front desk (room phone didn't work) to figure out the hotel did not have pullout couches or queen size beds, either. Just single kings or a pair of full size beds. None of this was brought up when I asked for a room for two adults and two kids. Had to ask for the one pullout they had and front desk seemed surprised I knew what that was, and surprised when I was not ok with them being "out of pillows". I guess my two girls were just to supposed to sleep on the floor in a nest of clothes? Also, no smoking room smelled like stale smoke and dog pee, couch was stained, throw pillow was cut open and stained, and main area air conditioner sounded like it was dying of legioneares disease. Was offered apologies and no hassle for refund. Come on, La Quinta, you're better than this.

The outside of this hotel is very nice. It is surrounded by trees and the building is very well maintained. The inside was clean and staff were friendly. The room was clean and it was one of the more baby friendly hotel rooms we've stayed in. Pretty much everything way just fine for our overnight stay. The only negative is that I went down for breakfast about 20 minutes after it opened and nearly all the hot food was gone ( eggs and sausage). I waited around for 5 minutes to see if more would come but then gave up and had cereal instead. Overall though I liked this hotel.

This is another one of the hotels that I highly recommend to people who are coming in to look at the homes. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and well kept. The clients that we work with who have stayed there had only good things to tell us, and they were happy to hear that the pricing was better than a lot of the other options too. I stayed here myself when I was getting some work done on my house, and I was very happy with bed, the morning breakfast, and the staff interactions.
