I love Embassy Suites! This particular Embassy is definitely worth the money. The staff is friendly and decor is modern and chic. Only downer, my room needed a few maintenance repairs (bathroom door handle- still works but noticeably worn and the tub floor had a SMALL spot of rust) but nothing major. Major plus, the mall is right across the street seriously. If you didn't mind playing frogger, you could walk. Of course there's always Uber. I'm slightly considering moving to Raleigh from my weekend trip alone. Great job Embassy!!

I loved the hotels design and the rooms were fantastic. The staff and other guests were friendly and helpful. I recently visited a much more expensive hotel and would pick this place over that one any day of the week.

My husband and I have stayed here many times. Normally, I would give 5 stars here because it's usually very nice. However, we went on our anniversary last month and a friend of mine sent me a dozen white roses to be delivered to the room before we arrived. I never saw the flowers. They were delivered to the front desk, but never to our room. I didn't even know about it until she asked me several days later how I liked the roses. The hotel had no explanation, not much of an apology and expected my friend to jump through hoops to get a $125 refund. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very nice with top of the line amenities. All requests made were fulfilled in a timely manner. Every employee was smiling and very helpful. The only reason for a 4 star was because the air and water went out through out the entire hotel which caused for a sleepless night due to the heat.

Convenient location next to the mall. Very clean with a highly professional staff. Beautiful layout. Hotel and bar was great. Full complimentary restaurant style hot breakfast complete with grits and other multiple options. Would highly recommend.

This is the perfect location. Everything is close. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They also give you an array of pillows. So you can find the one you like. I've stayed at other properties in the Crabtree Valley area. This by far is my favorite. Newly remodeled.

This hotel was recently renovated and it is excellent. The rooms have amazing art from wall to wall and there are large open spaces in the lobby to eat, socialize, entertain, etc. The gym is nice as well. I will say that the pool could be bigger. This hotel has a lot of guest because it's super awesome. Book while you can. The staff is extremely accommodating and there is an extremely nice mall right across the street. Great quality stores and great eats. I didn't expect any of this traveling to North Carolina. But now when I return I definitely want to stay longer than a couple nights. Maybe a week next time.

I loved the drink server. The renovations are good but they need a hot tub. Better omelets and eggs in general for breakfast. Oh and the pool is too small!

Really nice facilities that way understaffed. The happy hour had tiny drinks and nothing was cleared from the tables in the morning they said it would be a 30 minute wait. The rooms and hotel all looked great, beds very comfy.

Loved the hotel, looked great. Was pleased to receive complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hour. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only thing I can think of that would be negative is that the in-room AC unit was loud when it turned on. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

This weekend my wife and I visited just for one night only just to get away, and enjoy each other, getting in some shopping etc. The room rate was awesome for one night, couldn't have gotten a better rate I think. The room was clean as usual, no complaints. The shuttle ride to and from was great the driver was very polite and seam to enjoy doing the task. I just have one complaint when we went into the room and turned on the TV it didn't work, we call the front desk and they assured us that it would be taken care of, but when we return later that night the TV issue was not taking care of. We call the front desk again and they sent a repairman up imadiately and he did Ed the problem. He stated it was some kind of installation issue with a plug. Other than that the overall stay was as good as usual.

Stayed Memorial day weekend. One of the elevators was out of service the entire weekend. We were on the 8th floor so each ride up and down was a long waiting period. It basically stop at each floor and no one was even waiting to get on or off. On Sunday which was our check out day the only working elevator went out and we had to use the service elevator. The hallways were hot and stuffy. Although they remodeled the bathrooms the shower door closest to the shower head didn't slide open. You had to use the other sliding door in which turning on the shower you felt the cold water on your body before being able to adjust the temperature. It would've been nice to have the kitchen staff prepared for the amount of guests they had to service this weekend. They constantly ran out of food and people had to wait for them to bring out hot food. It was not brought out in a timely manner.
