If I could give this hotel a 0 I would! At this hotel I experienced racism. The manager Chrsintina D. to be exact! She had an attitude and called the police without warning. . I have never experienced such a thing of being kicked out of a property while resolving my flight purely off of assumptions. I sat in the lobby peacefully with my boyfriend. However, because of others who were not under our reservation whom she had an incident with, she assumed it was okay to treat me like trash. Quoted from Christina D, " maybe you should not associate yourself with individuals like that", Unacceptable when clearly I had no involvement with who and whatever occurred. Poor management.

Easy check in. Located centrally. Great staff. Buffet breakfast with coo to order eggs easy on the budget.

Jack and his team are super helpful and terrific partners. This is one our staffs favorite places to stay. Always friendly and clean accommodations with a very tasty breakfast.

A modern place with lots of space in lobby. Has that high end hotel feel at a great price point. Rooms have large space and setup for proper use. Like the barn door for bathroom.

Horrible customer service. Waited 4 hours for our room when we were on top of the early check-in list. Girl at the front desk said housekeeping would have our room ready soon. We explained we had driven 12 hours, and they said asap. 3pm is regular check-in, and that's what time we finally got into our room after arriving at 11am. When we were waiting, staff tried to smooth things over by handing out cookies that were so hard someone could break a tooth. The room itself was nothing special. This was disappointing seeing it was a king suite. Bar and restaraunt close very early, then our family was told we could not order pizza and eat together in the lounge, it would have to be taken up to the private rooms. There were approximately 30 of us staying here for a wedding. "Heated" pool was ice cold. There is no hot tub. Very disappointed in the entire stay. Don't ever plan on staying at a Double Tree or Hilton hotel if I can help it. Second bad experience at this chain of hotels, and if the wedding hadn't reserved rooms in blocks, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Great hotel overall. The rooms are clean and decent size. The bar/restaurant area is a bit small but we never ran out of seats. (We were a group of 5) You get welcome at the front desk and they offer you a cookie which was excellent. The only thing, and it's a minor one, is that they had a sign saying that in order to save water to help the environment, if you left your towels on the hooks and/or racks in the bathroom, that would mean that you want to use these towels again the next day. I did just that but they still changed them anyways. Besides that, everything else was great.

Nice and comfortable. The AC is a bit noisy, and the restaurant does have a slightly limited menu. There are however multiple good restaurants close by, with a good selection. Gym is also fairly well equipped, if you are a bit creative with loose weights.

It was great. When a family has a function and reserved several rooms, you should offer a hospitality room. Also your hotel should offer complimentary coffee all day.

Great place to stay -- friendly staff. Kudos for the 24 hour pantry behind the main desk with snacks you can bill to your room -- a must have on busy business trips.

Highly recommend! I was skeptical but have now spent two weeks here and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, great location, good gym almost feels like home. :) Oh yeah, make sure to get a cookie!

Located amongst a plethora of eateries and shopping centers, this hotel is in a very convenient location for both business and play. The experienced staff helps you feel as comfortable as possible and treat you with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Attended an event at this location. Easy to park, get in and out. Signage was in place so quickly knew where I needed to go. Did not need to interact with staff but they were visible so I knew where to find them. Facility is nicely decorated in the lobby area.
