Stayed Dec. 15, 2017 breakfast was good, the girl in charge of it really catered to my needs. She's really really sweet. Unfortunately, I found a bed bug in my room on my bed. I have bite marks on my body and proof of the bug captured in a cup and took it to the front desk. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I posted pics as well. Though this was my experience I do not believe it's the average experience.

free breakfast and the girl that puts out the breakfast is sweet and welcoming she's a hard worker. also the girls that work on the front desk are sweet as well. only issue I had is that the room that was given to me and my friend was smelling of cat urine went to the front desk and the girl offered me another room but the other room was a bit smelly as well. so asked the girl on front desk and she told maintenance to throw some resolve on the rug which did help a great deal. I stayed for a week and it was a very nice warm welcoming hotel. 5 star is what I rate it even though I had that small issue with the cat smell. but that doesn't effect the staff they were most pleasant and understanding. will definitely stay here again!

Stayed December 4, 2017. Room 208. Room clean and close for taking our dogs out. Reasons for 4 star instead of 5 star. Linens seemed worn, could use new. Stain at corner of refrigerator on rug and had minor issues with air conditioning. Everything else was good. Great staff, breakfast area clean and stocked. Would stay again. Hallways and elevator clean. Hot water working good. Thank you to their workers.

Love the free breakfast. But not happy with the room. The bath doesn't stay filled, it drains constantly so I can't take a long hot bath like I like to do back home. The power outlets are connected to the lights so if you want to watch TV you have to turn off the lamps at the base instead of the switch or else your damn tv will cut off. Speaking of the tv, I brought my PS4 to play while I'm here and they have the tv restricted so you can't adjust the brightness or anything. The front desk isn't informative, they don't try to problem solve and I know I don't come off as a grumpy person I just asked for help with my outlets cause they weren't working and the lady just didn't have a clue how to go about it. My husband got the king suite a few weeks ago and it wasn't any better than the regular rooms. The beds bigger but that's it. It had random wet patches in the carpet and the academy/heater made the loudest sound when it was on.

Love the room very nice and clean. very spacious the staff has been great. check in was a breeze and staff so friendly i would love to recomend this place to all my friends

Room was very nice and clean ,the front door clerk was friendly and helpful with a bright smile and she was organized and knew what she was doing, I would really recommend this hotel for anyone trying to stay near Crabtree or going to the PNC Arena

Rooms clean and cool. Ready for relaxation . Dog friendly so we brought our labs. Didn't have any issues with other customers and their pets. Highly recommend La Quinta Inn.

The hotel is just a short trip from the Crabtree mall, so that was ideal for me. The rooms were clean and nice and the staff friendly. The speedy wifi is also a good plus considering I like to stream. I very comfortable place to stay.

HVAC system did not run at night, so a lot of sweating. Elevator was out and staff placed me on opposite end of the other working elevator. Pillows are terrible as they are cheap disposable pillows. Breakfast was okay if you chose fresh fruit. Most of the staff were quite pleasant. All in all, this is not an LQ I will stay at again.

As the staff was helpful the hotel itself was less than I have come to expect a hotel to be. There was someone stuck in the elevator when I went to my room and the staff trying to figure out how to get them out. When I made it to my room there was trash in the trash can and someone had used the bathroom and not flushed as there were still bodily fluids and toilet paper in it. The room had a strange smell to it and when I woke the following morning I found dog hair all over my sleep wear. Breakfast did not get much better as the waffle irons were covered in burnt waffles from other people. I don't typically write these reviews but I felt this one needed to be called out.

Overall this LaQuinta was standard compared to other LaQuintas we have stayed at. The room was clean and a decent size. The only off things were that (even though we personally weren't going to use it) the pool was closed both days we were here and the breakfast did not offer eggs/sausage/biscuits like other LaQuinta hotels.

Fantastic location - within walking distance to th Crabtree Mall, maybe 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh. Nice pool, courteous staff. Beds were clean and comfortable. TVs have easily accessible HDMI ports. Overall a great stay.

I love their pet policy. wish they had an armchair in the room and our room was smelly. otherwise, great. few details I love are the TV allowing hdmi input, large desk, light switch near bed. plenty of outlets. Ice machine not working.
