Everything was incredible. Great service, very nice room, great facilities. The hotel and staff gave us some vouchers for numerous things which was very much appreciated. I hope to visit again soon someday!

I was so pleased with the service to the rooms to the activities I felt compelled to go out of my way to write a review. The moment my wife and I stepped through the doors at this Sheraton we felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. As first time visitors to this hotel we were blown away at the service, the beauty and size of the rooms. Everyone is friendly, and there are many activities to keep us entertained. The concierge definitely hooked us up for our anniversary weekend, she was very pleasant (can't remember her name, but if management is looking to give someone a thumbs up, it was the youngest African American woman working 12/9 around 3 PM) and she made us feel like VIP. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will definitely return!

The most efficient elevators ever! Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Sir Blake was the man and made sure we had everything we needed. Two awesome restaurants on site and a starbucks. A block away from the Falls! It was so nice. We ended up staying an extra night. We'll be back again!

My family enjoyed our stay. Weekend stays will hurt your pickets. Go on a weekend if possible. Our room was nice. Didn't like the fact of not having a tub. But the shower was fine. The pool was nice but there was not a place for little kids to enjoy. I think the shallow end of the pool was 4 ft deep. I had to carry my 4yr old around the whole time I was in the pool. On the flip side. The hot tubs were clean. The pool was clean. The shark tank by the pool was a nice touch. The little fish tank by the pool was cool as well. This was at times really kid friendly at times not so much so.

Great hotel with excellent service. Located in great area only five minutes walking distance to the falls. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very close to Niagara Falls, its 5 minutes walk. We stayed here for two days, and it was a good experience. Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy. Room also had a microwave. In general, it has all amenities what you would find in any good Sheraton hotel, they have bar, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, spa, etc.. Overall it was a great stay for us.

This hotel is the best!!!!! So much to do. Front desk people were so nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are here on our honeymoon and they have treated us amazing. Pool is awesome. Atmosphere is fun yet peaceful. We will be coming back! Location is fantastic. Literally a 5 mins walk to the park. We have parked our van when we got here and not had to touch it since. We love the Sheraton!!!!!

When we walked in it was so exciting for me and my family. We got our room number and took the elevator. The lobby is so clean and calm. We stayed for 2 nights and every night we went to the pool. There were a lot of people at the indoor pool but it's really fun and they also have 2 Jacuzzis but we couldn't go in them because they were always full with tons of people. There are many different races of people and they were all nice. When we went to the tour information booth inside the hotel, the man was very nice to us but when we decided not to go on tour with a group because that was way to overpriced, he never talked or smiled at us ever again. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is that if you say no to something, they won't talk or smile to you anymore. Either ways, friendly staff, cleaning service, free WiFi, and free parking.

This hotel is quite nice. Free parking is good but must validate. The first floor was awesome. Pool, workout room and ballrooms were very visually impressive. Rooms were nice 9/10 But could be a little cleaner. Looking forward to spare and other restaurants. The location is great. Walking to many attractions is possible. All in all would recommend but prices in general here are a bit high.

The Sheraton provided great accommodations for our conference group. The lobby was comforting and allowed groups of people to talk late into the night about all sorts of ideas. The rooms themselves had the comfiest beds of any hotel I've stayed at (100+).

Awesome hotel. Great amenities. Awesome front desk staff. TGIF, Rainforest Cafe, and Starbucks are all within the hotel premises. Casino is accessible via a underground walkway. A 10 min walk to Niagara Falls. Plenty of decent places to eat around the hotel (all walking distance). Can't wait to come back on my next trip to Niagara.

Amazing location to the falls, casino and dining. Everything walking distance from hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Great pool area (indoor). Lots of fun things for the kids. Service was 2nd to none. Simone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as was all staff.

Excellent experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding facilities and billing questions. Rooms were in good condition. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were great in and around the hotel. Very clean pool area and fitness center.

Tourism in Niagara Falls, NY is great again! Nearly every part of our stay at the Sheraton exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable, the pool was outstanding, the on-site and within walking distance attractions were superb, the hotel staff were courteous. If deep soaking tubs were added to all rooms (my room had a shower stall only), this place would score five stars in my book for sure. I hope to stay at this particular Sheraton again, and soon!
