Nice facility. Very attractive. Nice complimentary cocktail hour. Complimentary breakfast too, which looked good, but had insufficient seating. Room was clean, but right off elevator bank, which could be heard all night long. Elevators require room card to access guest floors, providing good security.

Stayed for my anniversary. Lovey hotel, great location. Staff was nice. I do have a complaint in that we ordered a bottle of champagne and strawberries with chocolate to celebrate For the cost it was less than good. There were 7 of the tiniest unripe strawberries I have ever seen, and a plastic cup of melted chocolate. It's not a serious gripe, and was actually funny in its absurdity, but it was below expectations. Overall i enjoyed my stay. The view was great. Breakfast was nice, omlettes to order, a hot buffet, and standard cold fare.

Not cheap by any means, but as rarely as we stay in hotels it was worth it. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved the room set-up, hospitality of staff, free continental breakfast, window of time where they have free drinks at the bar, awesome fitness center, and pool area complete with a late-night hot tub dip. Tons of stuff to do downtown now, too. They just needed some bibles in the rooms for someone looking for something worth reading.

Clean well laid out rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The only negative is the "queen" beds are actually full beds so there isn't a lot of room for two people.

The hotel staff was polite and professional. My overall experience was positive from the moment we checked in. The front desk was always manned and helpful. The house keeping service did an excellent job, the valet service was super quick and friendly. We loved the made to order breakfast and nightly happy hours. Our room meet our expectations and had a great view of downtown. I would come back!

The staff is great. I am staying here for the wing festival. They've been absolutely amazing to do things for my 6yr old daughter. They've even suggested places to go amd things to do. Great place to stay

Decent hotel for Buffalo in my opinion. Very business hotel looking with very professional staff. No complaints whatsoever. Had very good interactions at check in, with valet service, and with room service. Location is good as well as its close to the few attractions of Buffalo.

Got there and the valet was quick on their feet and got our car taken care of for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected but I'll chalk that up to us having 7 people spread out across 2 rooms. The rooms are great quality. They looked very similar to the online pictures. Nothing felt low-quality. Checkout was a breeze. Great hotel overall. Friendly staff and good service

I've stayed here multiple times and had a great experience. They recently revamped the restaurant and I had a surprisingly good experience there. The food and service was great and the bar had a nice selection of craft beer and wine. Also one can never go wrong with the complementary happy hour and breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. In making my reservation I requested extra pillows and that was fulfilled. The attached restaurant has good food and the managers social at night was a nice addition. The morning courtesy breakfast was the best around. All in all a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Embassy Suites on Delaware in Buffalo. The room seemed pretty new. The bed was comfy. The lobby is very nice. The included breakfast was very good. I'd recommend this hotel, especially if you need a bit more room than the average hotel room.

The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nothing to write home about. For a Saturday they only had 2 check in people. It took us 20 minutes to check in. It should. It take that long. Parking was 10 for the stay. They do have a garage to park in. This was nice.

We stayed here 20 years ago with our children and came back just as a couple. Top notch hotel - view of the Falls was excellent…both the Canadian and American Falls. Bar atmosphere is great. Staff is very attentive. The overall experience was fantastic.
