Stayed over for work. Good location, close to downtown. Only drawback is needing to park at parking garage across the street.

This hotel was a mixed bag for us. On the positive side, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy across the street from the hotel. The room itself was nice, and "mostly" clean. On the other hand, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which is pretty much the two things we really wanted to use. We also found a very large spider on the bed itself, which needed to be removed.

I had found the hotel as it was in proximity to my business function. While they are currently under some construction, it has been a great stay. Excellent service by the shuttle driver, front desk, and restaurant. Nice room with all amenities. And I can never say no to a delicious cookie on entry.

The rooms were nice and the beds we're comfortable. The only big problem was that the air conditioner in the room did not work very well. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were good also and the staff were nice and responsive.

The hotel was very nice. We are staying again tonight- they were able to get us a room when my father was flown in from our campsite on vacation to buffalo general hospital. It was very convenient because it was within walking distance to the hospital.

This hotel was amazing. The rate for me was very low as I was having surgery for cancer. We walked right into the hospital. Staff was great. It was an amazing experience. So convenient for my family..

The location was great. Only 2 blocks from the main area. The room was really nice, my only problem was that the beds were really small for double beds.

Rooms are always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Have not always had the best experience is at the hotel restaurant though. And excellent location if you are treating at one of the connected hospitals

This place is a Buffalo treasure. A couple of free cocktails or wine in the evening, a good night's sleep, and an absolutely amazing complimentary continental breakfast. Fresh berries, yogurt in stemmed glasses, a cheese plate, frittata; and more.

Blue Hill NYC is always excellent. The food is interesting and delicious. (I have never been impressed by a squash before.) The service is world-class from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The wine selection is great; the drinks are too.

I loved the complimentary hot wings on my pillow were a nice touch but the sauce stained my pillow. A balmy 11 degrees out made it far more cooling then the included bleu cheese for the pillow wings. I rate the rooms as extra spicy but would request a crisper side of celery next time.
