Nice little jointgood breakfast..not very far from the fall. Close to a good indian restaurant. Nice friendly staff ,even helped us with car trouble.

This was our second stay at this place. They recently did some renovation. The room looks very spacious and there was a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a flat screen TV. The hotel staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was nice and location was very close to shopping area.

Good hotel and good cleaned rooms obviously not as good as any five star hotel but decent enough so spend a night. Not too far away from Niagara falls and also near to city stores like Walgreens or others.

We chose this place because we are frugal and it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area. Our expectations were realistic.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It smelled musty at first, but not of smoke. It got better when we ran the air. If you set it at continuous it won't turn on and off. We heard no traffic at all. Quiet as
Could be.
Bathroom was nice and clean. Hot shower was great!
Flat screen TV with cable and remote. Coffee pot had no coffee but we could have asked for some if we'd really wanted it.
No bed bugs at all so ignore that review. ( we looked on the crevices of the mattress)
Slept very well! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, (and we have a tempurpedic at home so I was concerned.)
Clean sheets, clean towels. They might want to add a bit of Downey to the wash.
We couldn't find the breakfast room. No one told us it was a little house next to the office. No signage either. We should have asked when we checked in.
When we finally found someone in the office, which was locked until 9:00, we found the breakfast, which was cereal, toast, an array of little muffins, bagels, coffee, and juice. (We wanted more so we went to Bob Evans. Yum!)
We camp a lot, and this was much more comfortable than camping!response / report this review -

Total waste of money, not at all good place to stay. Serving breads and muffins only on the name of break fastRoom was smelling so bad All rooms are on ground floor and close to road so traffic noise is not going to let you sleep well.

Our room was relatively clean but there were a lot of noise from the air conditioner and it made it hard to sleep. Found stains on the blanket, the furniture could use a make over. The location was convenient
