Stayed in this hotel when I went to a show in buffalo! Rooms are so unique and modern and the service was great! Got some bad weather so my friends ended up staying with us and the staff was more than happy to supply us with blankets and pillows so they could sleep comfortably even though we only purchased one king sized room. I will forever book here in the future! Thank you :)

This is a lovely hotel, right in the downtown core and close to the Shea Theatre and with a light rail system right outside. Very nice rooms, comfy beds with lots of pillows, fridge, microwave and Keurig machine. A hot breakfast is included in the price. All the staff we met were very polite and helpful. Parking is just the street in a covered and secure parking garage. One of the best Holiday Inns we have stayed in. We will definitely stay there again when we revisit Buffalo.

The location is great. Lots to do in the area. Room was your standard hotel room. No complaints for the price. Service was quick, and the front desk agent knew the area well.

All rooms are Suites and are very nice and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful and answered all questions to the best of their ability. The breakfast was one of the better experiences compared to other hotels and had a good selection of items. One of the elevators was not working so I discovered that if you did not have luggage then it was faster to just walk up and down the stairs. My only other complaint is that there is no free parking anywhere close to the hotel, but they did offer shuttle service to a nearby paid parking garage and the airport. Otherwise my stay was great and very relaxing after traveling all day.

Good location if you need to be downtown. TGIFridays in the same building. Unfortunately no parking, but they run a shuttle on request to a nearby city-run parking garage ($2 overnight to 6am, then $2/hr up to a maximum of $7). Nice, big rooms!

Great place to spend the night. Comfortable beds and a great staff. The hotel is located close to the theater district and about a mile from the river. The Free breakfast was decent it last from 6am to 10am.

This hotel used to be a Comfort Suites but was converted and is now a Holiday Inn. Lobby is updated - bright and clean with geometric prints and comfortable seating.
Rooms are all suites in darker, warm tones. Very clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Ear-plugs are offered since the hotel is close to the passing train but I did not need them - never heard any noise.
Overall, good value for the price received through Hotwire. Would stay again.response / report this review -

I always like Holiday Inn Express. It has just the right amenities for an enjoyable stay. This one has suite rooms so it's nice to be able to stretch out a bit. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place and would come again.

The staff is cery nice and friendly. Love the suite rooms with microwave and fridge. Conveniently located near restaurants. Gym could be expanded and updated with better equipment.

Friendly staff and great service. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very affordable price, for the quality of the hotel and room. Will stay there, again, on my next trip to Buffalo.

Was invited for an event hosted by packs and purses for mothers and children of domestic violence. It was simply outstanding. Beautiful way to start the year. My girls Loved it. I loved it. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for letting them host it there. ❤ And the rooms were absolutely beautiful. All of the ladies agreed that breakfast was delicious. Better than what some of us would have made ourselves. Lol the whole experience was 5 star worthy.

There is a parking lot you can use to check in but then you must park on street (which is metered during the day) or in a parking garage that is a few blocks away. Location in theatre district is great. All rooms are king suites with a separate sitting room so great if you have kids to go on the pull out couch. Typical Holiday Inn Continental breakfast. Essentially, rooms are nice parking is not so nice.
