Kind staff. There is coffee and tea at the hall. Bedrooms are comfortable, good shower. Breakfast could have more options. There is a gym and a laundry inside the hotel. Also, you can find some restaurants inner passed, so you don't need to leave the hotel.

My husband and I came here for a spur of the moment date night a few weeks ago. We got the king whirlpool suite and oh my God was it incredible!
The hot tub was amazing and very clean. The whole room was very modern. It was really nice that there were a handful of restaurants attached to the hotel so you didn't need to drive. (We ended up going to Dinosaur BBQ but it was nice to know that there were other options if we didn't feel like going anywhere else.
Breakfast was interesting, they had typical hot breakfast fare like your eggs, waffles, sausage but they also had rice and seaweed to make sushi type bowls? Very interesting.
The staff whenever we encountered them were friendly and personable. When we are in Buffalo next and we need a quick little date night, this will be our spot for sure!

Great place, with great people! WiFi runs well. 5 different food places attached to the building, just use your room key to re enter the hotel. Pools nice. Hot breakfast with decent options. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was nice, the TV was adequate, the toilet paper was average. I took 1 star away because I requested a picture of Paul Rudd be placed on my nightstand and it was not provided. Apparently they ignore the "special requests" section of your reservation.

We had good service at the front desk - cookies and tea. Our room was overall nice but it lacked a fridge and the temperature never went down to what we set it at. The bed was very comfy though We also had a problem swiping our room key into the parking lot. There is easy access to multiple restaurants, okay free breakfast, and a nice looking swimming pool.

Very clean, newer rooms. Staff is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist guests. Hotel is right in downtown Buffalo within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. This is my go-to hotel when staying in Buffalo on work trips.

The Hampton is a nice place to stay downtown. It's within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, Shea's and other places. The hotel has a nice rooms, a very good fitness center and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The front lobby staff are friendly too.

GREAT GREAT GREAT place yo stay for work , family or play time! All of the girls at the front desk are EXCELLENT. NO IF & OR BUTTS! Breakfast could be a little bit more tasty, I asked a few people that we randomly met there, and they all said the same. The link sausage is not so good tssting. Always fresh coffee and very fast room service .

the beds are to die for and if your not sure Yes pay the little bit more to get the king bed with hot tub/ jacuzzi in room.
Free secured parking and secured rooms which mean unless you have a room key you don't get to go anywhere on the main elevators!
YES LET IT BE KNOWN I AM AN HONORS MEMBER &IF YOU DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OFFERS YOUR CRAZY. I'D PUT A STANDING BET TO WHOM EVER IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR STAY I'LL REFUND YOUR MONEY!.
OBVIOUSLY I COULDN'T DO THAT TO EVERYONE. Even though there couldn't be that many people I'd still like to hear why. With hands down I've traveled across the United States of America, this is my most favorite Hotel to date!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and fresh. Our room was huge with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and a sofa. Easy access to convention centre and restaurants.

Very nice Hampton Inn. I have stayed at hundreds of these all over the USA and world and this is above average. Great location near many restaurants. I got a king suite upgrade and the room was very nice. Very good staff at the desk. Would stay here again.

The rooms were very nice. We were first put in a smoking room which would have been really hard to deal with. With a little persistence, they came up with another room for our three night stay.
The reservation system (not done at this local hotel) was another story all together. In the end they did honor the price. Who knew you could have a case number for a hotel reservation.
