    Had a conference meeting here for two days. The conference areas were always clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. Not, my ideal place to have a business meeting but it worked well for others traveling into DFW. The food wasn’t bad either. Clean hotel!

    For some reason I only think of the old airport Hyatt that's dated and hard to get to. This one is great and so easy to access. I met a friend that was flying through and wasn't able to tap into all of Terminal D's delicious spots without a boarding pass. They had good food, a light open bar with plenty of seating and a good wine selection. Parking was easy as was access to security.

    Just had our company Christmas party here! Ballrooms are very nice. The whole place was very high end. Felt like we were in New York or something. They even have mouth wash in big bathrooms. Minus one star cause they didn't bring me a toothbrush that I requested.

    Excellent location for airport access (especially D Terminal) but the loud airport noise factor limits my ranking. But that noise is the only item that keeps me from ranking this Grand Hyatt 5 stars.

    Amenities
    * Full service spa
    * Fitness Center
    * Rooftop Pool
    * Excellent restaurant on Lobby level

    Room
    * Modern, spacious rooms
    * Electronic lights/shades
    * Stocked mini-fridge
    * Comfortable bed
    * 2 robes and slipper sets

    Negatives
    - Airport noise
    - Elevator noise is loud until 3 am (Obtain room far away!)

    First this airport is typical Texas, massive and disorganized. Make sure to take the sky train before leaving security to the D terminal. If you leave security area you will need to take a bus, which is hit or miss. OK, the hotel is very nice. Large quiet room, cool futuristic light switches, and chrome cast built in TV. But beware, no coffee maker on the room. Call the concierge, hopefully they will bring you one.

    Rooms are modern and clean. Restaurant is good. Conference rooms and business area is isolated and is difficult to get support, specially challenging if you are in an airport hotel and you need to speed up before your flight.

    This is the most overpriced and least customer-friendly airport hotel in the country. It is also the only hotel in the U.S. that doesn't have coffee makers in the room. At $429/night you should be able to have coffee automatically without having it be requested. If coffee makers have to be requested, than bath towels and toilet paper should be on request too. Surly front desk staff would not accept my stamped outgoing letter at 7:00 in the morning - said mail could only be dropped off at the business center. When I asked her to make an exception of putting the letter in the mailbox for me because I was running late for my flight, she said it was "policy" that outgoing mail had to be taken to the business center.

    Loved this hotel. The service was great, the pool was great, and they had cookies in the lobbyhelpful with airport parking, and our room had a great view. The restaurant was great for breakfast, unfortunately I did not have dinner there. The beds were very comfortable and the room was ready before it needed to be, very convenient. Thank you Grandma Hyatt for your great service.

    Thank you so much for accommodating us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful getting us things we needed because we were without our luggage and getting it to us quickly. Thank you to Eric who helped us get back to the airport to catch our flight!

    Very convenient, great staff nice physical plant and totally perfect for corporate or other meetings and the Dallas area which are short on time. If you're interested ask for room facing the runway and you can watch The Busy traffic on the Dallas Airport. These rooms have automatic screens Shades to cut the light out and the noise if you're not interested in washer yet, but there's so much fun stuff going on

    This place goes way above and beyond and rivals the hospitality and level of comfort that a Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton would provide. Everyone from the executive team down to the guy who empties the trash are the nicest, most helpful people and are happy to make the most of your stay. If it's legal, within their power, and you're nice, the staff is willing to get great lengths for its guests. This staff could teach a master class in hospitality. Beyond the amazing staff, the property finds a way to take advantage of its potentially unfortunate location in an airport (a luggage carousel can be heard rotating in some of the meeting rooms) by offering big windows that let you see (not hear!) planes taking off and landing, fine dining, and modern meeting facilities. This property has been amongst my favorites and I'll go 10 rounds with anyone willing to disagree.
