Very courteous staff and nice facilities. The bathroom curtains smelled slightly of cigarettes and the tub didn't feel quite clean. I'd stay here again regardless

Very clean and comfortable rooms, spacious enough for a family of 4-6, very accessible parking lot, courteous staff, no hassle check in/out.

When I checked in, my kitchen & my bathroom sinks was clogged. My fridge was leaking.
The next day, at 12pm I called the front desk to fix my sinks. By 4.30pm, nobody ever come. So I called the front desk, they don't know about it! They don't communicate!

Few days later, I called them again to fix my leaking fridge, and again nobody ever show up. I called the receptionist and complaint, and she was so defensive & told me that because I had my "DO NOT DISTURB SIGN" on my door that's why they don't come! Omg??!!! I'm speechless. I went down & complaint to their manager & the maintenance guy came. He told me nobody told him about my fridge. They don't communicate at all!!!

I want the front desk to call me or leave me a message via phone if I get any mail or package because I had an experience before that my mail stayed at front desk for 2 freaking weeks without anybody notifying me(this was at different homewood suites) To prevent this ever happen again to me, I want them to notify me. They keep saying they will, but nope! They never call me. One of the receptionist told me, he called me WHOLE DAY last week on Friday, but guess what, I was in my room whole day that day, except after 8pm because I went out for dinner.

But I have to compliment their kitchen & housekeeping staffs. They're great! 5 stars service from them.

The best hotel i've stayed in Texas in the past 8 years. It's a home away from home. I felt like i was sleeping in my own bed.

Great location. The free local draft beer made it even greater.

Greatest staff I've seen working in a hotel, plus fair rates and despite of being a Hilton, free internet is very good. Highly recommended for short or long stays you'll feel at home.

The clerk at the counter was rude and unprofessionalthe lobby was rented out for a graduation party and we had about 100 guests and they kept asking us to use our "inside" voice..with that many people did you actually think it was going to be a library event? The place was rented from 3 to 6 and they ended our celebration at 5:22I will never spend money at this location and won't recommend it to anyone

I stayed here with my two boys for a soccer tournament. The room was very nice. I love have the suite so my boys could stay on the pull out couch and I could have the bed. Both room have TV's which is great! The staff was very nice and the hotel is very convenient. The last morning we got up early as we had an 8am game and we showed up for breakfast at 630am as I thought it opened at 7am. The staff person was very gracious to me and showed me what was already ready so we could still eat rather than making us wait until the official open time. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I came up from Sam Antonio for a running event in town. When we checked in we got a warm welcome and a run down of the hotel's amenities. We were given a room with an awesome view of the City. The old authentic feel of our room was very comfortable. The only thing I would have
