This property is gross! We were given a room with ripped furniture, old food in the fridge and a black ring in the toilet. We asked for a second room and it had a giant pee stain on the pull out sofa bed. That was the last strawwe high tailed it out of there. Do not waste your time or money!

bugers on the wall bybthe bedroom. waited 45 min to be checked in because room was not ready. tued floating in toliet when i arrived. hotel is dated and needs upgrades. bed was worn and sucked.

If Homewood Suites had a Motel 6 version, this place would be it Dark, dreary, very old and musty. That said, staff is very friendly and the food is better than average.

This is my first time on this Hotel and is on business purposes. But I'll have to say hope is not the last one. I will like to stay for vacation with my family. This is a really nice and relaxing hotel where they serve hot breakfast and from Monday to Thursday they have even dinner include. The room have and entire kitchen full equip even with dishwasher. On my next vacation I will check this line of hotel to see if they are on the area

Quiet, safe hotel for me and my kid. Breakfast was hot, fresh and full. Sausage patties..not the cheap kind, eggs,biscuits,potatoes fritters, waffles, cereal, fruit..you name it. All temp controlled and clean with staff standing by. My favorite was the availability of hot drinks like tea and coffee at all hoursmy kid likes the endless hot chocolate and fruit. At the end if the day i was so happy to relax with some chilled wine as my kid munched on chips. Dishes, pots pans, silverwear all available in room. A quick stop to wholefoods with their free shuttle and your good to go! Bed plush and soft clean!!!with comforter available..yea 😏rooms are more traditional looking..I don't mind as long as its clean!

The staff and workers were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was very good. We stayed there for three days. The accomadations were comfortable. The hotel was completely booked, but we rested very well.

Staff was great!! We had a sick one, 4 legged mbrs & flustered me, but Curtis @ Front Desk went above beyond helping us each day and stay. Housekeeping was very gracious after tardy for our late check out.. Manager was also helpful and availableAll around great experience, clean hotel & nice people.

The hotel is in a nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The was a full refrigerator, microwave and stove with 2 burners. Every room had a separate televison, with awesome picture quality. The hotel is clearly dated, but well maintained for its age. The 2 bedroom suite had a room with a king size bed, another with two queen size beds and a pull out couch. Breakfast was cool. Cereal, eggs, sausage (no bacon), potatoes, danishes, waffle maker, great coffee, assorted teas. We would stay here again and are looking for Homewood Suites going forward.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was a bit outdated. The temp control in the fridge didn't work and neither did the ice maker. However, this was not that big of a deal to me. What really bothered me was the housekeeping staff was so loud. They screamed at each other down the hall over and over again. I was trying to work and this made it near impossible. I called to complain but really felt as if my complaint was not valid. And it wasn't fixed because the next day, they did the same thing. I stay in Hilton hotels all the time but doubt I'll return to this one.

The staff was very nice. Beverages we're provided for free in the evening. I also really enjoyed hanging by the pool and grill. It was a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was located close to the Baylor Heart Hospital and we needed to be close. The rooms were clean, the staff was responsive to our needs. The breakfast was awesome. Perfect mix of several options but not overwhelming. The only issue we had was booking the room. The reservation operator was difficult to speak to and not very helpful. We ended up just using the website.
