The rooms were small and clean. Breakfast was pathetic. They advertised free Wi-Fi but that was only available in the breakfast room and lobby. The television was blurry. You can control the heat or A/c in your room. The windows do not open. The parking lot circles the motel, so pull up to the closest door to your room.
We stay here for family event s. It is convenient and breakfast is sufficient to get your tummy full. Christmas decorations are great.
Nice place to stay. I've stayed several tones this year. Beds are a little short.
The first room they gave us was a mess. The maids had not finished cleaning it. We were checking in late and exhausted from our trip. This was the last thing we wanted to deal with. But they had another room available so we moved our stuff to the other side of the hotel. This room was clean except it was a tad smelly so we opened the window to air it out. Breakfast was ok, but no eggs or bacon/sausage. My boyfriend didn't find anything there he liked except a packaged cinnamon bun. My daughter and i were fine with the selections. Location was good too. Nice not to have to travel too close to Albany.
We go to an event in the area every year and this is by far the best place to stay for the price. Comfortable beds, clean room, and a free breakfast.
Came last minute to get out. Local spot for truckers however didn't feel like a truck stop or a pit stop. Very nice front desk lady
The hotel took half my 100$ deposit because they said I burned a hole in the comforter. Now I travel a lot and meticulously anytime I stay somewhere I always take the comforter off the bed and put it aside. They are hardly ever washed and full of nastiness. So it baffles me that I burned a hole in something that I touched once. The hotel definitely tried to scan me so be careful. I will be getting corporate involved. Otherwise room was nice and enjoyed my stay.
It's a nice functional hotel. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm around the area.
Pretty decent hotel for the price. About 12 miles from Albany, 27 miles from Saratoga. Rooms could use some updating: the air conditioner smelled funny, the shower nozzle needed replacing, and I found a spider web.
handicapped room had no handicapped door- in fact, the property didn't have one.
Smokers kept going out the door by our room slamming it open and shut frm 4 pm to bed time both nights. HAD WE NOT PREPAID WE WOULD HVE LEFT 6HOURS INTO OUR STAY.
You could NOT get into the bed from walker/wheelchair as the room was that small.
Fridge (bottom shelf level) was 6ft off the ground --- had to have a chair to stand on to access it as its top was 9 feet off of the ground.
Sitting on toilet meant you had the tp holder IN YOUR LAP.
GreAt staff on the front desk but the place SUCKS otherwise.
Room was great, modern, comfy bed. Good looking lobby
Conveniently located off the NYS Thruway (I-90 Exit 25). Reasonably priced and minutes away from the newly opened Rivers Casino and Resort. Free continental breakfast, WiFi, and parking, there is limited commercial truck parking. Numerous dining options and takeout/delivery available. This property used to be a Microtel, so the rooms are a bit smaller.
Typical super 8. Got there very late nearly 2am to be greeted by a very nice lady at the desk.
Stayed in room 234, was pleased by the cleanliness of the hotel overall. The rooms are on the small side, but this is perfect for guests who do not intend to spend much time at the hotel. Convenient location for highway access as well as local shops or diners.
