After years of going here it has been a bit disappointing, rooms havent changed and prices have gone way up, need to find alternative accommodations next time in saratoga springs, ny 2018 for the races

Great place, very comfortable and clean. Less than 5 miles to Saratoga Casino. We have a king suite, roomie and huge bathroom. Hoping to get into spa in the morning. Why not a 5 star? Desk clerk was kinda jerk with no personality and did not tell us where to find our room. I had to walk the 4 section building to find our room, which was in the building beside the office above the spa and fitness center. But we would stay again.

The rooms are very nicely kept. They are well stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff is quiet and friendly.

We stopped here for the night on the way back from Canada. Convenient from Rte. 87, clean, comfotable, and affordable with many amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Kinda weird there . Walk in person at desk fighting on phone for 20 min. Acts like your not standing in front of him. Then looks at you with bad attitude. better places to stay in Saratoga springs then there 10 x over . Very disappointed and don't like disrespectful people.. short of it never ever AGAIN

Not a terrible location but minimal amenities including breakfast. Overall nothing wrong, just don't expect more than a place to lay your head.

I agree with an earlier post that it is ok but outdated. However the receptionist was very polite and friendly. My room was OK except the couch which was stained and I could not tell if it was dirt or something else on the arms so I did not use it. It was close to the interstate which was good for my purposes.
