Decent price, good mattress, hot showers, and free breakfast & wifi. Deduct 1 star for no elevator; otherwise, a great overall value.

This hotel definitely needs to update. The wall paper was coming off the walls in the hallway. Trim board was falling off. The room was OK. Bed was lumpy and my husband said it was awful, I never have a problem sleeping. Our bathroom was just recently updated so that was the only plus. If you have to stay longer than a night definitely do not pick this place. It was cheap and I know why. The location was excellent. The mall was across the street and lots of food to pick from. They served breakfast, waffles and toast.

Average motel. Smells funky in the hall and when we got into our room it smelled even stranger. This either faded with time or we acclimated to it. Good service and friendly staff. The free continental breakfast is better than average in my experience and they dont make waves about you taking it back to your room which in turn means one is able to get both breakfast and lunch out of the deal. Over all it was a pleasant three days stay.

This place is absolutely amazing for being a 2 star hotel. The area is great too. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Honestly I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the lousy pillows. I called the property after seeing different rates on Priceline and Elizabeth at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful, including informing me that they match online rates. When we arrived about a half hour later we checked in quickly, for the same rate as online! The room was clean, although a little worn, as seems to be the case in many motels these days. Unfortunately they only had standard pillows for the King bed, and they were pretty flat. I woke a little achy, but the bf barely slept. Water pressure in the shower was excellent! Breakfast was good, including a waffle station. We were accommodated with a late check-out, and more friendliness from the front desk. Overall an excellent experience, except for those pillows

Very clean property, very friendly staff.. Nice breakfast Comfortable bed GET NEW PILLOWS, and more of them We used two pillows each and felt like we were laying flat. This could be a 5 star review if not for the pillows.

I had a choice sit in my 18 wheeler for a whole day or be comfortable. I called and reserved a room. Jessica the desk clerk was helpful. Plenty of parking for my rig. The mall and plenty of food was in walking distance. Room had a fridge and microwave. The shower was excellent and I had no problem with anything. I believe some people write bad reviews just to have something to do or they are confusing this place with the other Travel lodge up the road.

You get what you pay for. It's a 50-60 dollar a night hotel in Albany. It's not bad, rooms were clean-ish. Smelled of bleach. The shower was hot and it had good water pressure. Continental breakfast was good with decent options. Staff was nice. The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to a number of quality chain restaurants and the Colony mall. One can not expect a 5 star hotel for the cheapest price in town.

For the price it was not bad. The continental breakfast had this cool thing where you make your own waffles. The biggest problem I had was the way entire sections of the second floor (and some of the staff) smelled badly of pot.

Edited: I had to book a few days here again in February 2017. We stayed on the first floor this time. The room was larger and the amenities better. We had a problem but the Manager took care of us and fixed it. I wish I could use half stars in my review, I would now give it 3.5 stars.

Housekeepers loud and inconsiderate. Rarely knocked and walked in on me dressing or visited the door multiple unnecessary times with or without a Do Not Distub sign. Otherwise comfortable for a night or weekend visit. Liked the room set up and convenient location to eat out. My couch was To Die For and loved walking into a clean bathroom.
