Great place to crash after a fun night in Saratoga Springs listening to music. Room had fridge and microwave for after party snacks, great restaurants that delivered! Place was very well decorated as well!

The staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. the room we had was a little cramped. Toilet low and a high step out of the tub

It was a quick stay for me, so I didn't really use any amenities here, but the staff was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. I found the bed to be very hard, but everyone has a different preference on that. The pillows were great. It's very easy on/ off the highway, but not too far out of town.

The Best Western in Saratoga is the place to stay if you don't want to pay a exorbitant amount of money for a good quality hotel.
It's a short, easy drive from downtown, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's my "go to" hotel whenever I am in town.response / report this review -

Close proximity to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center. (Approx 1 mile). I wish I knew the name of the woman who at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful and from the area all of her life, so she was able to give me advice and suggestions regarding travel and shopping. The hotel was spotless and it had a nice outdoor pool. We slept through breakfast, which was disappointing, but at the same time it meant the beds were more comfortable than expected.

Hotel was close to Saratoga Race Track, the Saratoga Park and Spa, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga Springs downtown area, very nice for sure.
Room was large, egress was difficult, but manageable. Inconsistent staff
helpfulness / dedication. Pool area nice, pool nice, hot tub nice, need more than 1 table and chairs around pool area. Possible later hours at pool for use of pool and area, hot tub.response / report this review -

We loved this hotel!!! It was close to the track and casino! Clean and friendly! Great breakfast! Nice and quiet! I would come back next year!!! We've stayed here 4 times now!👍🏻

Hotel is pretty clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and it was acceptable. No counter top in the bathroom. Weird and pretty annoying. Wife couldn't even set her contacts on the sink because it was sloped. Price was right and it was close enough to the track and downtown to be convenient. Would stay again.

Not bad for the price. Better than the Roosevelt across the street, which is cheaper. But they didn't even have an alarm clock there and booked a room for a noisy wedding party right next to me. But the Best Western needs another tread mill -- or 2! -- for jogging. Front desk guy was jogging on it when I wanted to use it at 6 a.m.! I mean, c'mon! Is this the only treadmill in Saratoga!!!!

Very clean and quiet pet-friendly hotel. You may hear some dogs barking on occasion. Nice size room. The breakfast looked just ok, so I went out to get something. Would go back.

Rooms were nice and had great amenities. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Had a slight pricing issue I was not made aware of by staff when they had to upgrade my room due to a booking issue on their part. Overall a decent experience though.
