Great family oriented hotel with a friendly and helpful staff at an in crowded valley location with clean rooms at a very affordable price. Why stay in Scottsdale when you could stay 5 minutes away? We paid $35 for breakfast for the 4 of us at the onsite restaurant and they delivered it up to our room. Room service is also available. The outdoor pool/hot tub was clean, warm and never crowded. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Already booked our return trip for Christmas.

The wallpaper in the bathroom was stained. The shower was dirty. The room was okay. I wish it was more clean, but it wasn't as bad as a motel.

Ok now I’m pissed!! Time for a vent! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! We are at the Lexington inn and suites. We have moved rooms twice. First night because of noise that was our choice. Night 3 the toilet broke zero communication with someone coming to fix it, so I went down and asked the front desk and they said oh we will have to change rooms. The room they gave us was a suite. We dropped things off and went to the pool. Then I realize how awful this place is, because it is really nice here. However! As you know about the fire alarm and that just got fixed. Here are some pictures I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom and still not clean. Manager got an earful this morning and he said” you got a low price I’ll give you two free nights” mind you we fly home tomorrow so ya no! He wasn’t going to budge. So, he finally said after I said “safety issue about no fire alarm. He said two nights credit back. And because he pissed me off about the low rate that we paid I said 3 nights that’s half. I had to argue with him about it. He said no we gave you a suite. That was not my choice. I told them it wasn’t necessary! He hung up on me then called back and said ok three nights credit. I’m really mad by this point so I went down to show him the pictures and the crumbled pieces and he asked why I was bothering him with this. Because, you need to see what’s going on here that I’m not just being difficult.

I recently stayed here for one night on June 1st and I had a HORRIFIC experience. DO NOT STAY HERE – I FOUND A TICK IN MY BED!!!! When I got there, the room was a little shabbier than I expected, but still doable. The shower had a constant leak that looked like it had been happening for a long time and the water dripped noisily throughout the entire night. During the night, I kept feeling something prickly on my back and legs and about 4 am, I couldn’t stand it anymore and when I turned on the light, I found a tick on one of my pillows, which had become quite enlarged after nibbling on me all night. I was disgusted and I captured the tick in one of the hotel glasses. I went to the front desk and notified them of the problem and told them that I had captured the tick in a glass for them to see. I checked out early at 5:30 am and asked for a discount and they said that rates are fixed. I won’t be staying here again and neither should you!

Absolutely loved this hotel. We spent day hiking and didn't want to make the long drive home. We found this hotel at an amazingly low rate. We didn't know what to expect. It was fantastic. The rooms were very up to date. Beds very comfortable. They had nice pool and hot tub. It is in a great area across the street from the famous fountain and restaurants. We went to Arrivederci for wine and dessert. There was beautiful live music next door that you could hear on patio. Walking path around the park/water. Great place to go for a romantic staycation. Glad we found this place. Definitely will be going back.

The hotel is immaculate. The reception area is so inviting. Front desk staff is so helpful and willing to take care of anything you need. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are just the right amount of soft. The bathrooms could use upgrades but overall a great hotel.

Overall we had a good experience we like to the pool area the hotel seems to be a little dated but not much. The overall room was clean but I think the entire Hotel could have used a deep cleaning that was overdue.

The bartender was very accommodating. When the bar closed, he allowed us to purchase a couple bottles of wine and borrow a corkscrew so we could continue enjoying time with our friends from out of town that were staying in the hotel. Nice rooms, clean hallway. Their room had a mini fridge and microwave, which most hotels don't provide anymore.
