If it was possible to leave ZERO stars I would. Rooms are RUNDOWN and nothing but the TV worked. The microwave, refrigerator, WIFI service, and clocks did NOT work. The sheets have holes in them and the pillows are as flat as the bed itself. TOTAL DIVE!! Told the man at the front desk and he yelled at us to get out. If you want to get ripped off stay here..if not stay somewhere else.

Air conditioning was out at home and it was 11:30 PM, walked in an requested a room. Very nice, professional and helpful. The room was clean, beds were fine, clean sheets and towels. GREAT AIR CONDITIONING. Everything was great.

This place was ok but staff was rude! Got yelled at the minute I walked into the lobbythen got accused of playing with the phone in our room and no one had touched itwhich I left the motel before I was ready because that was ridiculous!

The good part is that the room was clean. The room is very dated, seriously needing some remodeling as updating. The lobby is tiny and its the only way to get in to the hotel. No elevator, no free breakfast The bathroom is weird. I won't stay here again unless there are no other decent options.

I rarely rate anything online, but my experience here was so sub-par, I felt it would be irresponsible to future guests not to write about my experience. Luckily we did not make it to staying there, but instead, called on the phone attempting to make a block of room reservations for 8wks. The woman on the other end of the phone was incredibly unprofessional, even rude, and hung up on me when I asked about corporate rates. Stay away!

The staff here is a joke they are all rude and inconsiderate. We paid online through our Verizon rewards and went to check in they said they got everything but the payment even though we had a confirmation email with the amount paid, the amount due (which was 0.00) and prepaid check in instructions. We had to wait 3 hours in the parking lot for the owner to show up in a uhaul truck with our 2 boys ages 7 and 9 to say they never got paid because they didn't have the power to see if someone already paid or not. They asked to run our card even though we had the proof of payment that they refused to accept and we stated that since we paid online there wasn't enough money in our account and it would decline they asked to try anyway and tried it for different amounts and caused our account to to be frozen by our bank and then said here is your one night here this is all we can do sorry you check out tomorrow at 11am Do not go to this hotel ever this place is a joke
