We had a wonderful stay at this Residence Inn over the Thanksgiving weekend. The staff were genuinely polite and nice. On Thanksgiving morning they served a carved ham and mimosas with breakfast. The hotel was clean and quiet. The recent pool renovations were very nice and everyone made sure the guests were aware of the current renovations. The kitchens in the units were well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We would gladly stay here again and appreciate the friendly staff and great service.

Great hotel! Had absolutely zero issues with the hotel itself.

I have to give 3 stars because they won't offer a transit to go to Old Town to get on the trolley. You have to take the super slow Trolley Bus over to Fashion Valley and get on there.

Edit to response: The MTS bus has to go over to Fashion Valley first. I would highly recommend not walking to the Transit center either, as there's no sidewalk from exit 3 to Presidio Dr. and absolutely takes more than 10 minutes.

Room was ready 5 hours early which was great as we had a sick toddler that needed to chill for a bit. Staff here were amazing. The hotel itself is great. So glad we booked the San Diego portion of our vacation here.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was perfect for a quick trip to the beach and the zoo. The room was a great size for our family. The property was well taken care of And we loved the full breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, customer service was outstanding. If I could gripe on anything it would be the beds.But it's hard to please everyone. I prefer a more conforming bed is all. Overall great experience. Allot of hotels make everything so difficult to protect themselves. This place really cares about the customer.

The rooms are fairly large with a kitchen included. My room has a stove, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. Some rooms may have an oven, but mine doesn't. There's a free breakfast every morning and a social hour a few days a week, but no restaurant on property. The location is within easy driving distance of downtown San Diego, the airport, Coronado, and Point Loma.

Beautiful facilities in a very central location to many of San Diego's attractions! We found that the breakfast was very delicious and had a large variety to offer the pool was very warm and the hot tub was very hot which was awesome! They have a really nice reception during the daytime that you can go and get complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms were a little small but we found that they still worked for what we needed. Overall very nice!

This was our 3rd stay here. We always come back because the 2bdrm suites are spacious and clean. Pool and jacuzzi area were well heated and clean. Pool towels were on the scarce side, but refilled throughout the day and night. My only minor complaint would be the complimentary breakfast has been slipping our last few trips. Pastery and bread selections were not as abundant and varied as previous trip and only one of four days were potatoes supplied. Otherwise it was a great stay and I will return.

Stayed here for four nights and actually loved it! We had a One bedroom suite that had two queen sized beds, living area and full kitchen.
Beds were great and housekeeping did an amazing job servicing our room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and nice.
We never had a chance to enjoy the breakfast since we overslept everyday.
Overall hotel was in great condition and would love to stay again!

The Best People work here! So friendly (genuinely) they all seem to enjoy working here and it showsthat is awesome in my book. Every breakfast has been phenomenalI'm having 2nds on the fresh fruit!

This is the fifth time we book an apartment with residence inn (being prefered choice) but this location is by far below expectations. We booked room with "limited view" to learn later it actually facing a green wall. Odd oder in the room. There is no sound isolation you can literally hear a phone vibrates above you. carpet and sofas are heavily stained. Staff didnt honor request for changing to different room.
