Is little dificult to get in here driving, instead of use the building like reference in google maps use the parking or the entrance to the the parking. Theventrance and sign us little hide it so slow you speed for see it preferentially in day.
Compare prices and if you find extended stay is considerably cheaper than others then you won't mind a litle bad smell, room not properly cleaned, sheets and blankets not smell recently washed.
Good points:
This location is a little enclosed, no stores , food restaurants or public transport near.
Room is big.
Mini Kitchen with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink.

I had a great experience. Nice amount of space in the room, wonderful front desk, and showers water pressure was great. Which you don't find in many hotels. Overall it was a great experience but the only downfall would be the beds. Which made loud noises with every move.

We have booked two rooms for two families. We came here and not able to get the two rooms at least on the same floor. As we don't have any other option, we took the keys. When we enter the room, it smells horrible. The air conditioner is not working. When I approached the front desk, came to know that they are already aware of it and intentionally allocated the room for us. I insisted to change the room, and they changed my room to a different one This is even more horrible very bad smell and can't even stay in the room. This is mainly with the carpets.. This room is the residence for cockroaches What a bad room for our vacation.. I like extended stay hotels But certainly not this one. Please stay away from this hotel Don't spoil your vacation. Would be better to stay in a motel instead of choosing this one I cannot blame the front desk people because they are selling what they have.

I stayed here for San Diego Comic-Con.
There were ants coming up through the floorboards. No matter what we did, we could not get rid of the ants. There were so many. We were stepping on them and squishing them everywhere we walked.
The shower did not drain.We had to ask for it to get fixed, which did eventually happen, but it took 2 days for them to come up to our room to fix it. This was on a 3 day stay, so only one shower worked properly. Every other time it was like taking a bath.
Every surface was visibly dirty. You could see dirty handprints on the door handles and doors themselves.

I seriously am not the person who rated locations because I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt but this stay warranted a review. Upon arrival we asked for the cookware to be delivered and after a 2 hour wait decided to call, with a full fridge of groceries in our room we wanted to cook a meal before enjoying the night life however after 3 calls and another hour wait, we finally revived the items. Secondly the sheets had stains on them that appeared to be blood. The non smoking room smelled musty and poorly ventilated, and upon entrance into the room smelled like an animal resided in it which actually turned out to be correct since there was a hair ball of dog hair under the bed I found while looking for the batteries to the remote control which fell out since the remote had no back to it and the batteries were constantly falling out of. On the second day I came home to find out I couldn't park in the back which was okay since they did have signs up however the problem was that there were no spots available upon arrival in the front and because I apparently went through a 3rd party I had to spend 15 dollars a day with no chance to actually find a spot.
The staff seems nice and I really wish I had a better experience since I usually choose an extended stay when I travel, but one thing is for sure. If you want a motel experience this is the place for you. If not it's worth spending a little more and feeling like your needs will be met.response / report this review -

The front office staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were quite large for a hotel and the room we stayed in had a refrigerator, oven, and microwave in it which allowed us to purchase a few things and store them in a cool place if needed. The beds were decent for a hotel but nothing special (two full size beds). All in all not a terrible place to stay when visiting San Diego!

The renovation of our apartment took 32 days. We stayed at Extended Stay during this time, the staff is awesome, especially Monica. I loved the fact that the ' do not disturb sign" was honored. My boyfriend and I work nights and sleep days, it was so nice not to have maid service banging on our door. We were on 1st floor however, and the " guests" above us allowed a child to run around constantly and disrupt our sleep, even after reporting it to the front desk twice

So when we got to the hotel, the entrance was surrounded by flies and it looked dirty. The front desk lady took forever when she said she was going to check the room that she assigned us to see if it was clean or not and when she came back she gave us another room, I get to the room and neither of my room keys worked, so I had to go back to the front desk from the 3rd floor, and I did not received an apology for that. I finally get inside my room and it smells like paint, tgey were painting one of the rooms near mine, and I got a headache because of that. I go back to the front desk and I told the lady and all she could offer was febreeze, like seriously? And apparently that room was the only double she had available, and I got there at 3:07pm. Anyway, at night my whole body was itching and my mom said the same thing, maybe the sheets were not properly clean or bed bugs? Who knows but I'm not staying there ever again.

Staff is friendly. Room is nice, but it smells of old smoke. The hall smells of old smoke and weed. Otherwise, nice, easy and comfortable.

I've stayed in some very nice hotels, but this is probably the best of the best. While it was constructed to look like an old hotel (or hacienda) with a Spanish-American southwest style, I was surprised that it is less than 10 years old. Everything about this hotel exudes elegance. While not inexpensive, even the basic room is a major step above what you receive in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The hotel staff all the way from reception to housekeeping wants you to feel you are at home even if you are hundreds or thousands of miles from your real home. The rooms are large and have a very large bathroom. If you like living in a closet, this is not the place for you. But if you like space, you'll like it here. At about 500 sq ft, this is almost double what you might get in a regular hotel room somewhere else. A suite, at about 1000 sq ft, is a place you could live in and completely forget that you are in a hotel. There are a number of pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and gardens surrounding the hotel, with staff to serve your every needs. There are three really top-notch restaurants, although I liked the smallest best because of the attention to detail and desire to help with food allergies.

1 star is doing justice for this place I stay in ALOT of hotels due to traveling for work and all I can say is WOW I just came back from working took a shower and went to grab my clothes off of my bed and I felt a dildo a USED DILDO under the edge of my bed. By far the WORST experience I've had yet the guy at the front desk couldn't even give me an answer as to how often housekeeping cleans the room. Terrible experience!!!!!
