Nice and clean .. Close to a lot of tourist attractions. Down the road from Old Town. Around the corner and down the bend from a huge mall! Would definitely come here again!
I'd say 2 out of 5, and that's only because the location is close to the beach. The rooms aren't huge, but have enough space. Calling the room a kitchenette is a stretch though. The fridge was small, even for a dorm fridge, and the dishes were styrofoam with plastic silverware. There is a heavy odor of bug spray in the rooms, but I didn't see any bugs, so the spray must be working. I always bring my own bedding, but be sure to bring some slippers, because you're not gonna want to walk barefoot on the carpets, they are pretty gross
Nice location, easy off the freeway. Check in was a very long process, there was a long line, then they wouldn't take a cash deposit, have to have a bank issue card for deposit. Rooms are decent, has a nice stove top for cooking and a decent size mini fridge. Grounds are well kept and a smoking area away from the rooms. Parking lot is big but still had trouble finding a spot for coming in late after work. Might stay again.
This is by no means a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to all of the major attractions, thus very convenient. Old tow is a 5 minute drive, and Sea World is 20 minutes away. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for clean, safe, and affordable accommodations close to all of the major attractions, then this is the place for you.
20 questions at the desk on check in. felt more like an interrogation than a check in. receptionist was less than receptive and tried to charge me for parking twice even after I told her I didn't have a car with me. Not walking distance to anywhere cool super close to a busy freeway. Rooms are reasonably clean and ac works well. Only acceptable because I got a deal on the rate. I will be toughing out my reservation and not returning in the future.
Hotel staff can be a little friendlier, the front desk staff. The hotel room smells like it was a previous smoking room. Elevator smells like wet mop. Not enough outlets for the appliances, so one has to unplug stuff from behind the drawers to use the microwave. I really like that they have the ac on when we first got in the room. Its nice to have 3 towels in the room compared to other hotels who give just 1 or 2 towels. the room is pretty clean.
Real nice rooms.. Real friendly staff. Forgot to bring so toiletries. Asked if they had any. Looked you to bottom of hotel and found one. Normally places say couldn't find it. Great job.. Coming back again
Convenient location to stay and the staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. They're clean and organized. However, the bathroom does feel a bit dated. Also, the towels felt a bit rough since they're probably a bit on the older side after all those wash cycles. The TV is a decent size and is good enough for the size of the rooms. If you're not on the third floor, expect to hear footprints from those walking above if their footstep is on the heavier side. Additionally, it is close to the interstate, but I never had any issues with car noise.
The place is not a hotel, but an inn. This is my first time staying at one. On the outside, it looks a little old and not attractive, but don't let that fool you. The rooms inside have plenty of space and the beds are big. The room is clean and provides a safe and a hair blower along with some toiletries like a bar of soap. The fridge is kind of small and could be bigger and our bathroom door didn't lock. Also the TV screen size was kind of small, but if you move it closer to you, it solves the problem. 👌 Rooms are equipped with air conditioning mounted under the window. Beds are big and comfortable. Good place to come at the end if a long and busy day and relax.
Very nice clean rooms. Location close to stores and restaurant, also a shopping mall and easy freeway access. I definitely recommend it and the front desk clerk was very nice and professional.
The newer building is decent. It is a good location for visiting tourist attractions. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave. For the price and quality, I would stay there again.
This was a decent hotel but I would not return. The good-the room was clean and decently maintained. It was also a cute little hotel room with a beach-type theme which is a nice switch from other hotels.
The bad: The hotel is next to 2 busy roads. We were startled by sirens which seemed to be right outside our door 5 times in one night. We also hear road noise nonstop-its honestly so loud it woke us up sometimes. Tying into that, we can here everything passing by our room and can hear the people upstairs just walking around. The floor creeks and you can here everything.
Oh and parking isn't free. It's $5/night which is bologna.
I will not be returning.
This was a decent hotel for the price. I booked through Expedia at $54 a night. I didn't really like the pillows but the room itself was clean and the housekeepers did a good job in keeping the room clean during our stay. The TV was tiny but that's typical for a budget hotel. They do not offer continental breakfast but the burger place that is connected to the hotel is pretty good. Nice heated pool and hot tub.
Not a four star hotel, but a four star experience given my expectations. I just wanted a fairly cheap hotel that was clean and close to the airport and convention center. I paid around $150 per night, and was only ¹/² hour from the airport or convention center in bad traffic (with good traffic it's only about 15 minutes to each). Included a breakfast voucher, which was nice. The rooms are no frills, but clean. My TV worked fine the whole time until my last morning, when it would not turn on for some reason.
