My family and I went into the hotel on 12-4-2017 before 12:30am. This is our first time we have ever tried Residence Inn. I am absolutely disgusted at the studio we acquired. Has soon as I layed down in the bed I saw hairs everywhere on the supposedly clean sheets. My husband and I also found underneath the sheets stains. The bathroom was dirty. We packed our bags immediately and left. We will NEVER try there service again. Very disappointed.

Love this hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and quick to respond to any issues. Breakfast is great and the pool it clean.

This hotel is amazing!!! The best customer service. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! Derrick Garcia the manager is so helpful and friendly. I would defiantly recommended this hotel to anyone.

After days of research on all of our hotel options, we chose this one to stay in while attending our son's BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. We were looking forward to the pool and basketball goal for our 2 younger boys and the kitchen was a MUST since we were staying for 4 nights. I was also told that this place was very accommodating and helpful to families of graduates such as ourselves. I called the hotel directly to make our reservation. On the night we arrived, we had a delayed flight and a nightmare experience with a car rental company. Exhausted & frustrated, we finally arrived at the hotel at midnight only to be told that they gave our room away and had no more!! No phone call. No voicemail. No email. NOTHING!! They had several ways to contact us & they did not. They moved us to another hotel which was supposedly comparable and for the same rate. The new hotel had NO KITCHEN, no basketball goal, & the swimming pool was slightly larger than a bathtub. I'm usually not picky about hotels but I put hours into selecting exactly what we wanted for what was to be a very special occasion. I am very disappointed in this hotel's complete lack of decency in this situation. I guess the fact that their hotel was fully booked and that they made money from this is the only thing that matters to this company.

Parking is close and free. Kitchen in the room is perfect size and just enough dishes for late night eating. Complementary breakfast is available from 7 to 10 every morning. It was a nice selection to choose from. Location is great. 2 adults and 3 children/teens and the room was accommodating. Clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly.

Wonderful hotel ! My husband and I stayed here with our kids for a seaworld trip. The rooms are very nice with a full kitchen and all the dishes you need to cook if you choose to do so. Rooms are clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was pretty good outside of the sausage. The staff here is INCREDIBLE. So nice and efficient. The pool has a bit much chlorine.. that would be my ONLY downfall. Everything else was amazing.

The staff is amazingly sweet and caring!! I can't say enough good things about them! The breakfast is superb and Deloris, who does the breakfast is amazing!! The rooms are wonderful and super clean!! Me and my family stayed for 7 days and was so comfortable! I came for my grandsons graduation from the Air Force at Lackland!! If I ever have to come back to SA I will most definitely will be staying here!! Robert the manager and the day girls at the front desk are super sweet and the night staff was just as nice!! I love this place!! 10 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ if I could!!

Top notch service for the most part. The hotel is just slightly dated, but not horrible. I was there for a month and half. Overall all, the experience was great. Occasionally my house keeper would neglect to vacuum my room, or wipe off the counters. Basically she or he would make my bed and leave. I'm guessing this was one house keep in a rotation because it only happened a handful of times. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I went back to San Antonio I'd be staying here again.

My family traveled here from Georgia to attend my sons Airforce graduation I was not disappointed! I booked this reservation two months in advance with Robert at the front desk he was so kind and helpful with all of our accommodations. With all of the planning for this trip our stay here was the easiest thanks to Robert and all the staff! The breakfast was everything we expected for staying at a Residence Inn it was hot, fresh and lots of a variety to choose from very delicious.Housekeeping cleaned our room during our stay and kept us well stocked with towels and amenities very good service. My family and I will always remember the warm and friendly hospitality we received here .

this was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed it. the staff was so nice and helpful. breakfast was excellent. they all went out of the way to make all guests feel welcome. everyone should get a raise.
