Great motel. Has washer and dryer on each floor alomg with vending and ice machined. Breakfast each morning starting at 6am. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Thank you!! My family and I had a great time. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel in a great location, clean, and staff very friendly. Will return next time I am in San Antonio. Hopefully next time my wife won't leave her favorite blanket behind. Once Thank you!!

Was greeted by Bea who was very friendly and efficient getting us checked in. Gina was also there that night and always greeted my uncle and I with a smile. The room was very large and clean. My uncle liked the shower head height since he is very tall. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast area was clean and food kept stocked. The next morning for check out (traveling to College Station) I was greeted by Raymond and Megan. Excellent staff as well. I had something come up unexpectedly and needed a place to stay on the eve of departure and had no hesitation seeing if this hotel had an opening, which they did. I was happy to see Bea again. She remembered me and was happy that I had returned. So in total I stayed there a total of two nights at separate times and would book again in the future.

5 star experience. If you need a hotel in the San Antonio area, do not hesitate to stay hereFriendliest staff that has not forgot what customer service means. Also, clean, clean, clean.with full breakfast, pool, jacuzzijust a 5 star hotel

Had the cut my family vacation short. Because of bed bugs. In our room gave me another room and I had the same problem. My daughter got bit all over her body. I want to show pictures but will not let me. Pillows and sheets were dirty. Hot tub. Don't get hot. Not a good place to stay.. Had to drive all the way back home in the middle of the night. So not happy😔😟😷

Comfort Suites is by far my favorite hotel & 1st choice when I have to get away from the stresses of my everyday life. The location is perfect & right where I need to be, highway is easy to jump on going either way. The rooms are clean. With the most comfortable living area and a bed that I pass out on every time my head touches the pillow. So of all the hotels I have ever stayed in, I tell you, stay here if you are in the area. The best breakfast, a fitness center ( which I won't lie, i've never stepped foot in but it looks cool through the window) and the pool, it is indoors w/hot-tub! Plus meeting rooms, laundry on site. I love it here! I recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal and comfortable spot.

I didn't stay here but my best friend did. The suite was very big and literally comfortable. It was clean and stocked. It appeared to have a good shower and a nice big comfy bed. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was adequate. There is an indoor pool

One of the most comfortable and accommodating hotels I've stayed at. I found myself in San Antonio with nowhere to stay as part of my larger tour through Texas. I walked into this hotel and the staff was gracious and set me up with a hotel room right away. Within minutes of entering the hotel, I was already relaxing in my suite for the night. And it was the best rest I've had all trip. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious. Keep it up!

Stayed here for a short weekend trip with the family. Staff was super nice. Rooms where wonderful. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was also great! Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there one night. Worst experience in a hotel ever. The room was pretty clean but once you walk into the bathroom and turn the lights on in room 318, baby roaches were running around all over the place. It was disgusting. Then there were two roaches on the bed. The pillow had a weird stain on it, and the shower still had hair in it from who knows when. It was so gross. My husband told the attendant and she told him to talk to the manager who was not available until later on that day. When he called to talk to him the lady was very rude and said he wasn't there and then hung up on him. WORST HOTEL EVER.

The best choice hotel I've been too. Newly renovated,decorated very clean. The decor is so relaxing. Staff is very friendly,helpful and concerned for the customer needs. I highly recommend this place for short and long term stay. I was on a long term stay.

This was the first time I stayed here, but defiantly not the last. ALL of the employees were very friendly from the check in desk to housekeeping. They all greeted my group any time we crossed paths and asked if we needed anything to better our stay. The rooms were newly remodeled and the hotel itself was very clean. My children LOVED the indoor pool and hot tub and I loved that they had guest laundry on all floors. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone staying in the San Antonio area (even if it may be a 10-15 min drive to the river walk it is so worth it).
