Rooms were spacious and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Most important to my family was that they offer 2 kings and a sofa bed to accommodate our family of 5 wroth a teenager! Will stay here again!

Poor & intermediate hotel management skills. I will let high management know regarding the many issues our family went through. They need noise cancelling doors and better door locks. Keep ice machine at main lobby and lock machine during sleep hours. Install faster elevator, need more luggage carts, replace low flow shower heads, double check air conditioning units, windows & locks, replace telephones. I can understand this a low rate hotel but expensive. We deserve a full refund. We didn't get any sleep when you have really loud hooligans stomping on the 4th floor. Plus my mother was told to literally look for a luggage cart from the clerk at the front desk, we finally found it on the 4th floor. It doesn't help that my mother has a diagnosed thoracic fracture looking for the luggage cart throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very depressing I wouldn't feed it to a dog. I'm sorry we got a very bad impression of this hotel.

I will first start off that this was a free room.
As soon. As you walk in the room there is an overpowering airfreshner that takes your breath away. We asked the front desk how to take care of it, they said to just open a window.
The ceiling in the bathroom looks like there is Mold growing. The ceiling in the main room is peeling.
Overall the room needs a good cleaning. Mirrors and windows are streaked.
Breakfast was not the typical Holiday Inn Breakfast.
It is apparent that Holiday Inn bought this place from Comfort Inn.
Spending some money and updating would make this a good place to stay.response / report this review -

Horrible hotel! Stinky rooms. Carpets dirty. After 10 pm you will not sleep because of the music I the bar next door! But most importantly the AC didn’t work at all! They change me to another room and it didn’t work as well! The personal is rude and awful! The breakfast is fine. But not planning to come back ever!

Me and my family recently stayed in San Antonio for a family vacation. We stayed at your Holiday Inn and was treated like family during our visit. Araseli at the front desk assisted me on the telephone prior to our arrival and during our stay. Your entire team from all areas was very professional, courteous, and polite. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.

Love the spacious acessible rooms; both double queens & king to include sofa sleeper and two TVs in these size rooms. Definite plus!
Sink area outside the restroom is a convenient feature!
Air did not seem to function properly so was warmer than we would have liked.

The rooms need serious upgrading. We booked two separate rooms: in one room, the bathtub was chipping, the faucet and AC were leaking, and we found fruit loops underneath the ottoman. Clearly they did not clean the rooms extensively. In the other, bathtub was chipping as well, the toilet made weird noises 24/7, and a light bulb was out. The pics provided online do not depict the rooms well! In reality they are much darker. The location is in a sketchy part of town, and it is across the street from a bar that plays extremely loud music at night. I strongly recommend booking another hotel.

Stayed two nights with a large group, 3 to a room. The pull out couches weren't terrible and the beds were so comfortable. Nice views. Right by the expressway which was great for traveling the city, depends on personal preference though. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Perfect hotel for a casual stay.

One, very slow elevator. AC barely cools the room. Laundry facilities but no soap or change at front desk-- on none of the 4 days stayed. Scary neighborhood, loud motorcycles and band music at night.

This place exceeded my expectations. Are groomswear very nicely furnished and spacious, the front desk was attentive and helpful comma and the room service did its job. Oh, and did I mention free continental breakfast?

So far so great, going on night 2 of 5. Clean rooms, nice beds, lots of space, 2 tvs in the room, mini fridge, Keurig. Breakfast was decent, I wasn't super impressed but it's free and better than nothing. The kids were sad they didn't have a waffle maker (they have a pancake maker instead). The staff is really friendly. The pool could use a cleaning but I was excited to see it has an attached hot tub as well. The kids love it. This place is a perfect distance to walk to market Square and the riverwalk. Only had to take one turn and go straight, so we didn't get lost either way. I will stay here again if we come back to San Antonio.

I stayed in a king suite room. Very nice room with plenty of space. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable​. Great location, walking distance to the Riverwalk. Or take an Uber for only $5. I would definitely stay here again! Very satisfied.

This hotel is in a good location if Downtown San Antonio is where you want to be. It has all the usual amenities and is completely acceptable. My only complaint is that it is really close to the railroad and trains go by, honking their horns, all night long. On the plus side, there are gorgeous views of the city at night.
