I don't often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because of the way we were treated. The hotel is a hotel. It's nice and clean. Everything I expected. But the staff They were over the top wonderful. Very friendly and they went out of their way to take care of us. We asked for a roll away bed, and it was in our room within minutes. They took care of every need as soon as they were mentioned. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in, but he was wonderful. Thank you guys! We would stay here again no questions asked!

Great location in down town San Antonio. The hotel is not center but more on the other part. We would usually walk to the river walk and Lyft back to the hotel being a 6 minute and $6 dollar ride. We saved money by not staying in down town center. The Courtyard by Marriott is a really nice hotel. The rooms are very big in size and each contain a private balcony. With several amenities such as a microwave, fridge, coffee, this hotel offers more than others in this price range. We have been greeted every time we entered the lobby. Our two night stay has been wonderful and was one of the highlights of our weekend stay in San Antonio.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location as it's a little out of the downtown traffic which makes getting in and out of there easy. It is still within walking distance of Riverwalk, Market Square, etc. & makes for a great place to stay. Reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels and once again VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Has Starbucks inside as well as a great chef & has an awesome comfortable lobby to visit family and guests in.

Staff was professional and very friendly. Great location, just off of the freeway but far enough you won't hear the noise of traffic. Riverwalk and several restaurants are within a reasonable walking distance. I was less impressed with the room. Not bad, just a little disappointed. I like firm beds but they were quite uncomfortable and too small for two adults. There were only 3 towels and one face towel in a room reserved for 2 adults and 2 children. It took over an hour to get extra towels. Free parking was a plus as well as the balcony in our room. The only reason I won't be back is because of the uncomfortable bed.

It's a standard courtyard property with clean rooms and very friendly staff. I hosted a training here and the staff was very accommodating. Location isn't incredibly close to much, but it's within walking distance of the river walk and south town and a very short drive to some great restaurants.

Reasonable size room with good facilities such as microwave and fridge. Only a shower available in the bathroom so if you're a bath person this hotel won't be for you. A clear tourist vibe to this hotel with balconies available that overlook a pool area. Gym facilities are small with only three machines and some free weights so not great if you are looking to workout. This hotel is a reasonable distance from the centre of San Antonio so expect a 30min walk to the main restaurant/river walk area. Hotel includes a cafe for breakfast etc, it has a limited selection but is reasonably priced, however it closes at 10am for breakfast so if you're a late riser expect to eat elsewhere. The small shop available is good for snacks, microwave meals and drink at any hours. Staff were always helpful and friendly so would recommend this hotel although probably more as a cheap holiday hotel rather than a business destination unless budget is an issue.

Staff is super helpful and accommodating. We checked in early and our first room had wet carpet from the a/c so they moved us to a new room no problem. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast vs the expensive cafe but there are so many options within walking distance that it's not a big deal. The cafe does have good breakfast just a bit pricey. The swimming pool was ok, the water was warm, but that's pretty typical of Texas pools. They also had a few games and things set up in the front lobby for younger kids to play with like puzzles, boards games and a mini ping pong table; which was great for when kids got restless.

Staff great. Cafe in lobby great and makes cocktails. Recommend roast beef w/horseradish on marble rye with soup of the day and meaty ribs (3 days to finish). Never trust a skinny chefhe's not. Room rate Thought room was overpriced for govt. rate: $160. I may be spoiled by Hyatt Place.

Clean and friendly service. They have nice amenities, but a small pool. I used the coffee shop they have on site for some morning Starbucks. I'd definitely come back next vacation.

Parking for memorial day weekend was way easier than expected. The room and restroom are clean, the shower had great pressure. Walking distance from the riverwalk.

The hotel itself was fine. It was convienent to all the local attractions and the rooms were clean. Had my car broken into in their parking lot and they have no security cameras. So please make sure you don't leave anything on the seats as the area is not that safe.

When we arrived at the property he had passed the information about my booking onto the staff (he wasn't going to be there) and Felisha (spelling?) pick up the ball and everything went very smooth. This was the second year staying here for a convention (my daughter) and they request this site for the location and service. Great job!
