Checked in around 730pm got a room on the third floor. Left to a wedding came back around 1230am to find out the key to my room was not working.I had to bring down my two toddler kids go to the lobby.The recp was nice and kindly reactivated my card. I go up for the 2nd time to find out again the key is not working. I head back to lobby the man was concern and gave us another room but problem was all our things were in the previous room. So we go into the new room issued to get a phone call that we would not get our belongings till the next morning due to a tool was not were it is suppose to be to open door. So my kids and husband have to sleep uncomfortably due to we dont have cloths to change into. Never have i experienced something lk this!

**NO stars** Don't let the photos fool you. I selected this location for convenience, reserved and paid thru Orbitz. Upon arrival (1030pm) turned I the heater on and almost immediately the roaches started crawling all over. The night shift front desk guy was very polite, but could not promise I wouldn't have the same problem in another room. He agreed to waive my stay if Orbitz could relocate me. Thank God. The desk staff was polite, friendly and apologetic. But I'd never recommend this place to anyone!!

Overall, very dirty, dated and unsafe.. they had guys hanging out upstairs watching us unpack.. kind of shady. I did not feel safe.

We booked this so called “hotel” for our son’s alamo soccer showcase and what was suppose to be a enjoyable event turned out to be a complete fiasco! Upon arrival we were greeted to a horrendously filthy parking lot, our room was no better as it was filled with dirty walls and flying roaches. The beds, which were supposed to be queen size as advertised online turned out to be only a sad excuse for a full size bed which had a foul odor of urine. As we entered the bathroom we were greeted with no towels or soap . We immediately contacted the front desk and informed them of the dissatisfaction of this classic bait and switch technique that la Quinta performs on their customers via online. We politely asked the managers for a full refund ,but they refused to exercise good faith and professionalism based on their “hotel” situation . We immediately Left and booked another hotel close by. If anyone is interested in booking this sad excuse for a hotel(motel) we encourage you to really think twice before booking .

We were put in a room & the heater was put on full blast when it wasn't even cold outside, it was taking forever for the a/c to cool down the room. Then we noticed ants all over the table/desk. I called the front desk & they moved us to another room. The second room had a very bad smell, it smelt like sour feet. Our toliet wouldn't flush correctly & the font desk said they had no one to fix it so we had to go down stairs to get a plunger & fix it ourselves. They were also dead ants in one of the beds. The vending machines only take credit cards. The front desk people were nice, they always offered to move us to other rooms.

Card key didn't work, door always jammed,breakfast was old AND there was construction right in front of my room. Would have been nice if they gave me one of the other empty rooms so I didn't have to wake up to a construction site.

The room was very comfortable, especially the king size bed we slept in. The only negative experience was the air conditioning unit in our room. It didn't seem to cool like it should have, but maintenance took care of that issue. So our first night was uncomfortable. Also, the rooms are provided with a small coffee potthat clearly needed cleaning. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay at this La Quinta.

How can I write this objectively? Well, I really cannot pull any punches. We booked this "motel" for four nights in order to attend our sons graduation from Air Force BMT. Upon checking in we were greeted with a friendly staff. She smiled and pleasantly expedited my check-in. All good? NOPE.. My family was greeted by a strong smell of mildew and stagnant air upon entering rooms 340 & 341 (we booked joining rooms). Thinking it was just the humidity, we cranked down the AC in hopes of improvement. That did not happen as the smell remained, rendering our sinuses and coughs to develop discomfort. The carpets are filthy, the bathroom looks as if they were built in the 70's and never remodeled (with the original shower curtain), tub was BLACK!!!! Black hair everywhere. We don't have black hair. We called maintenance due to the shower backing up and the toilet not flushing. Dead bugs could be found in the corner of the bathroom as well. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

So, look for a different place to stay you say. We tried! Everything was booked due to the storms and flooding coupled with 640 families visiting the area for their Airmen's graduation.

Your "motel" turned a joyous celebration during the day into a scene of a Stephen King novel at night.

I have read your replies to your customers. They say, "I will notify my staff immediately to resolve the issue" What a crock! You have not resolved anything, and it is apparent in all aspects of your "motel."

I took many pictures of the rooms to show my friends and family. I just didn't think they would believe me otherwise.

You have a picture on your website that reads 100% guarantee. Will you live up to that?

The rooms were quite clean and organized. I love how the hotel made accommodation for pets quite simply. Breakfast was a delight and the employees were always more than happy to help.

The staff is friendly but room service could be improved. The rooms were cleaned for the first time and there was a soda/coffee and they did not change the sheets but came back later that night and brought clean sheets. Needless to say the sheets were still there the next day my bed was made up again without changing the sheets. Other than that the location was good and close to the air Force Base.

Wow. This place is nothing like any other La Quinta. The employees excuse is "it's a old building." The photos are stolen! It resembles a Super 8, the restroom is disgusting looking. Beds are very uncomfortable. The list goes on. I WARN YOU DON'T STAY HERE. I walked in, instantly walked out, and canceled my booking. I'd like to note that there are no rooms inside the hotel only outside.

I enjoyed my stay at La Quinta Ingram Park. I love the location because it's close to the mall it's close to the local grocery store and their convenience stores in fast food restaurants all within walking distance. The room was clean and all amenities were available. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and staff was very friendly.

I would not recommend this hotel. I reserved three nights for the BMT graduation and the first night made me feel totally uncomfortable. If it had not been for all the other hotels being booked. I would have left ASAP.. There were hairs on the bed, the staff came to change the sheets and then the next day found out they change the sheets on the third day. Really.. Also the carpets were dirty with white hairs on them and the last straw was when I went to check out. The guy at the front desk was outside smoking and playing candy crush on his phone. I will not be returning to this place ever again.

Stay 3 nights was the worst experience ever.will never stay here again. They say it's update the lobby is but room are not. They are friendly until they get your money. Was told they had microwave and refrigerate in the rooms there wasn't either. Call down to lobby toilet was leaking their excuse was old building needs to be updated. They use this excuse a lot and asked for a handicap room. And it wasn't had no handicap accessables in room. I have stayed in other la Quintana had great experiences figure they would be the same this place is nothing like the others. Breakfast is not worth getting up for here better off walk to Dennys to eat breakfast. And they charge high dollar prices for this room motel 6 Is a nicer motel than this place.
