  Nice place, clean and quiet. Checked in by Aaron, nice man, very thorough. Asked where I wanted my room to be. Not fancy at all basic room. Older decor. Small tv.

  The staff was very helpful and even gave me a very early check-in. The location is a bit old so the floors creak. Better get a room on the top floor! My room was well laid out and clean. I would definitely return if I had to spend more time in that area.

  I've been staying here on business this week. The checkout lady was very nice and my room looked nice at first glance. Upon further inspection, it's dirty. Inside the dresser was a layer of dirt (wiped it out before using). There's a stain on the chair, the shower curtain, and the bed sheet. The sink had toothpaste stains from the previous guest. The shower is a light sprinkle of water and irritated my skin to the point of redness and breaking out. I've been bitten twice by something overnight but found no bed bugs when I checked the mattress. There are a handful of guests that live here and are extremely loud all the time. I stayed at the Baymont next door the previous week and would recommend going there instead.

  Friendly staff. Room has a decent small kitchen. Plenty of space in the room. Grab and go breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about. Extended stay is in,a good location and is fairly quiet.

  The rooms are nice however two stars for the unbelievably rude and unprofessional front desk worker. He answered the phone to us and my friend said hi how are you? And in an irritated tone he said "busy" who says that?! And he was rude when we apparently came to check in too early. After i checked in i was walking to the vending machine and couldn't help but over hear two people complaining of his rude remarks and leaving early because of him. I can not believe that he talks to people the way he does and still has a job! Unbelievable!

  The room is clean, it has good space and distribution in my room for two people, one couch, one bed, a small kitchen and the bathroom. The service is good, there is an 24 hours laundry. No gym neither pool.

  A horrible experience.. The room, I was informed was overbooked, in spite of multiple calls confirming the reservation.. So was offered a lesser room. When asked for utensils, they said they ran out of that as well.. Then what s d use of booking at extended stay.. No apologies, no compensations NOTHING was provided for this! The front desk person was very rude and unfriendly.. She kept raising her voice for no reason!

  Worst stay ever! Stayed in Room #216. And discovered a bed bug crawling on me. I wrapped it in a paper towel to show the front desk . Micheal at the front seen it. I told him I didn't want another room just my money back. He proceeded to go to the room and check out the situation. He came back down and refunded me my money. I'm not sure if he found more in there or not because he didn't say anything else. I would definitely not stay there anymore. I'm so disgusted. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 This place would receive Zero stars if that was a option.

  The hotel has been renovated very recently, and it is amazing. Everything is brand new and so nice.
