Absolutely no communication with this place. Was charged an extra $150 for a 1 pound dog. Wasn’t told about this. The dog stay was more than the humans!

Checked in for more than a month and my stay was pleasant. The staff is friendly and nice. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. The morning breakfast is thumbs up.

***Very nice staff and great location!!

Need better TV stations on cable but other than that no complaints!

The staff is great. HOWEVER, the general manager, a man named Michael Manners, definitely doesn't display the greatest manners when conducting business for said hotel.

As a Gold Elite Marriott Rewards member, I will NEVER patronize this hotel EVER AGAIN!!

My dissatisfaction with said person is WELL DOCUMENTED via the Marriott Customer Care department.

Everything was great front desk was great room was great they even understand as a safety hazard so when I was on my way to the hotel they lit and aromatherapy candle for my wife. Which made it so much better also to top it off when you walk in is a small piece of chocolate and a bottle of water within note greeting you.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars amount 5 is when I called to order room service 30 minutes before they closed they did not answer the phone.

Other than that everything was awesome the front desk in the evening and overnight both I recommend this place to any out-of-town or and someone who lives in Dallas

Lobby is nice and the rooms aren't terrible, but twice we had a room with mold and had to change rooms. The staff is nice, breakfast is better than other hotels I've been to.

Okay visit. Room kind of smelled like bug spray or something. But we got there late, so didn't spend much time there. Our TV didn't have a signal in our bedroom. But a decent nights sleep

Excellent housekeeping service. Since it's close to I635 it's bit noisy in peak hours. Every morning will get nice breakfast. Kitchen has all appliances. No grocery store near by but if you ask front desk they will deliver to ur room.

The location is nice as it is by two major highways. I am very pleased with the size and accommodations of our suite. The room has been recently renovated and has everything we need. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The service has been fast.

Friendly staff, wonderful room, unexpected amenities! Surprisingly, for a place right on a spaghetti bowl of highways, the room is quiet, dark, and perfect for recuperating after a busy day of travel and meetings. My stay has been enjoyable - and as someone who needs quiet seclusion often, I've been very comfortable and relaxed in otherwise strange surroundings. I enjoy getting back here after a long day. If I ever have extended stay travel in the future, Residence Inn will be my first choice.

We had an excellent stay. Front desk was extremely helpful. The shuttle drivers were so nice. Everyone greeted us and asked if there was anything they could do for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

They are updating everything. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is MUCH better than it used to be. It has been about a year since we stayed last (and that was a three month stretch) the staff STILL recognized us. It was so sweet. The rooms color schemes are much more modern and we enjoyed our stay.
