Love it here employees are very professional and helpful they truly make your safe worth every dollar you spend I've stayed at our candlewood suites location but this one on Greenville ave is the best one

While the location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, its room quality is fantastic. Everything that we needed was there and never felt like we overpaid for the quality we were getting.

My stay here has been fantastic, the staff is great and the room is nice and up to date. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The customer service from the young lady working today at 8/13/17 between 4-6pm was horrible, I asked her if it was because I was black? She said of course not, as they all say. 🙄 but she became nicer after that point so I'm over it now; but had to address it. I don't want to give my money to a racist company, I might as well just open my hotel candlewood suites but under a different name. The room was okay and they have rooms for smoking, which is the reason why I chose this hotel. I spend money, and I except to be treated fairly regardless of race. Location is great though.

I work for IHG properties and know that another person can pay for the room. I was denied to be able to check in simply because I was not putting the room on my card but my friend was using theirs. Front desk staff do not know what they're doing, or company policy!

While I did not stay there, my husband was there on business during Valentine's week. I still wanted to make Valentine's special for my husband so I had a couple packages delivered. I wanted to make sure they were placed in his room before he returned after work. The concierge, Gerard was the best! He went over and beyond to make sure every thing was done right. Even having to track down one box that was delivered to the dock instead of the desk, and while another package was being delivered and needed to be signed for, he got it done and place all in the room. I could not have made this surprise happen if not for Gerard. After a couple phone calls, not once did he make me feel I was bugging him, he was more that happy to help. Thank you Gerard!

Was here in March 2017 for 3 nights to attend Mercury training. Great room for an extended stay or quick trip. Very clean. Every staff member encountered was very friendly and helpful; I felt like a valued customer. Note that room cleaning is one a week so you have to throw out garbage you don't want in the room, make the bed, go to the front desk for desk towels, more complimentary items, toilet paper etc. No big deal to save a few bucks. Room was roomy, with all necessary appliances. Everything was well maintained and in good working order. The room was surprisingly quiet. While next to the highway, the room has excellent insulation. Almost zero noise from outside, other rooms or upstairs. I've already booked 5 nights at this hotel for a trip in two months. Highly recommended!

i really like with the establishment stands for however there are some people that work at the customer service department in the front of the hotel lobby that can really really use some skills in areas when dealing with people. Hospitality is very much needed in the area or field of hotels and accommodations being met by the consumer is a very big plus as well as considering the fact that a person is out of their normal routine Wednesday in at your establishment. You should make them feel as comfortable as possible. I don't see why a late checkout is at all not adhere to buy any other establishment Candlewood Suites has the right idea. I love the fact that you have free laundry on site you also have a pantry that you are fully trusted with in order to pay for your items that you have selected and I think that that is admirable anyway I love love love love Candlewood Suite however are not too sure about customer service Representatives thank you have a great day

Reception was friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a great sitting area and a full kitchen at no extra cost. I ordered room service once while I was there and it was very prompt. The bed was super comfortable and the decor of the room and the hotel was beautiful. The location was very conveniently located
