Not a good location. unless you are into strip clubs. Under construction when we stayed, elevator is untrustworthy take the stairs. The fitness room is balmy and has little airflow * but it is better than the standard workout room for a hotel of this caliber.
Staff was helpful and well informed.
If you are visiting Dallas for vacation avoid this place if it is for work eh use your best judgment avoid walking alone anywhereresponse / report this review -

There were multiple cameras INSIDE the facility. Counter help suggested I park my dually in the back. My tailgate was stolen and with no apology or offer to make the parking lot more secure. I will never frequent another Holiday Inn Express. Better off at MOTEL 6 with parking security

I was very pleasantly surprised. As a family we travel a lot. This time I decided to go on my own and take my teenage son to his first concert. The staff was amazing. Although I was not familiar with the venue the staff of the Holiday Inn Express informed me of the local options for entertainment and food. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. The wonderful staff provided that as well.The breakfast in the morning was to die for. My son is vegan and he enjoyed it as well although the options were limited. I can see the improvements that the company has made over the years and I will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Decent hotel. Large, clean, modern rooms. Free WiFi, parking, and breakfast. Outdoor pool. Fitness center. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The pictures are deceiving. Rooms are too small. Carpets are dirty. Our shower room was dirty. We were not happy at all. Turned the AC on, it smelt horrible and turned it off. The staff was excellent but the amenities were bad. They need to improve on their breakfast. We paid 120, which I feel we should have paid 50 for what we got.

Great place to stay, rooms were large and very clean. The price was the cheapest in town for labor day weekend. I stayed 3 nights 4 days for less then 300 total. I will be staying with them again on mu next visit. Also they have free breakfast, not that continental one either.

This hotel was very nice, the female on the night staff I believe her name was Lori was very helpful and extremely kind. We're truckers and they accommodated us in every way. The parking lot was a little tight for our trailer. Room was spacious very clean, bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good they had turkey sausage 👍👍 not even 5 star hotels have turkey products, we don't eat pork. Thanks for everything

Put us next to remodeling. Had to endure the glue smell. Someone threw up on the back sidewalk at the door. When we told the staff they stared at us, said nothing, kept staring. Awkward moment. They did nothing. It was gross. It remained. We've had a good run with this chain. This location is the weak link.

To be fair the rooms were being remodeled. Our room showed its age. Air conditioner fan ran all the time. Coffee and breakfast is very good. Never got any new coffee in room after using the three in room. Refrigerator was freezing juice I brought back to have later. Location to highway very convenient
