This hotel has really good customer service. It has full bar and restaurant. The 1st night i visited the bar and the bartender was very attentive even though he had a good amount of guests. The 3rd night if you want to buy a snack or drink then you have to wait until the gift shop opens. I got the hotel at 11pm and the gift shop had already closed for the day. Every floor has a soda vending machine but it wouldnt take my debit card or cash. I went down to the front desk and tried to get change. The gentleman working asked the drinks i was looking for and offered to get provide them in cans. He went above and beyond what i was expecting.

Great hotel, nice staff. Bartender makes great drinks. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the beds are too hard for me & why would you put a heavy duvet on beds in Texas?? Too hot!!

After driving for 24 hours you can imagine how exhausted my daughter and I were. Every person that went next to me didn't have to verify their proof of payment. The front staff I want to say Gracie was not pleasing and welcoming. I have never receive this kind of behavior, I felt discriminated. Other than thay, the hotel is incredible. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and lovely lobby. I think you will enjoy your stay.

Hotel couldn't find my reservation despite receiving multiple confirmation emails and even a "Welcome" reminder. No elite status recognition on check-in, hotel also did not credit my stay at the end of it. Parking is $18 per night - save this money, park at the lot across the street for free instead. Room is large, clean and typical of Westin hotels. Short drive to the mall and interstate.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Quiet when I stayed. The charge for parking is a bit much $18/night. Very business oriented. Starbucks coffee in room. TV system could use an update. Unfortunately I had to arrive in the morning after my reservation due to a storm. I called ahead and had them note that I would pay for the first night, if I could come into the room when I got there the next morning, early. Unfortunately the note was not posted and they had no room for me when I arrived the next day.

I stay at this hotel every year around this time for an annual event, and usually I'm very pleased with the service. However, I must say this last visit left me quite disappointed. My double bed room had been booked in advance, but upon my arrival I was notified that it was not ready and I would have to wait 3 hours unless I switched to a single bed. The rates on everything have increased from the price of the rooms to the parking fees, despite the fact that no noticeable renovations have occurred. There was a spot for a refrigerator in my room, but no refrigerator, and the water coming from my bathroom sink was cloudly/foggy looking. Overall, it wasn't the best stay, but I have had good experiences with them in the past which is why I gave 3 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at this Westin. We were evacuees from Hurricane Harvey, and the staff were extremely attentive to our needs in order to have a comfortable stay. The food they offer is good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms are immaculate, and the cleaning ladies do a fabulous job maintaining the rooms during our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in Dallas.

The Westin is in a nice spot in Dallas right off of 635 and 75. The staff was amazing and friendly. They took into consideration the rough time we had up at the airport and made sure we were well. The room alone was great and the room service was spot on. They have a bar right up front with a great selection of drinks, and all around the stay was great.

A.C. didn't work. Room service was awful. Stake chips, cold bread and a dessert that didn't match the menu description. They charged me $3 extra for the sandwich but refunded me after a discussion about posted prices. The ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. I couldn't make myself use it. The registration clerk was professional but not warm at all. I got the impression nobody cares at this hotel. It is a beautiful place, but the service, attitude, and amenities are definitely lacking.

Stayed there after being accommodated by an airline for a cancelled flight. A bit far from airport but extremely clean room and helpful front desk that provided toiletries that I didn't have with me. Will definitely consider next time I'm staying in Dallas.

This is an average hotel. Stayed a single night. The room smelled as if it had once been a smoking room. Noticeable, but not overpowering. Ordered from their room service menu. It took quite a while for it to arrive and they forgot part of the order. Overall, though, this hotel serves its purpose and I would consider staying there again so long as I could get the same discounted rate I got this time.

They upgraded our room for free and we got an amazing corner view of the city. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable! Definitely would come back!

Went here for a wedding. I dealt primarily with the valet, the front staff/concierge, and the event coordinator. The front staff--in particular Anthony--was incredible. Very flexible and accommodating. Anthony went out of his way to coordinate with me on some of the events. Very friendly as well. Amani at the valet was extraordinary. He helped me with moving and organizing some of the items related to the wedding event. Again, he went out of his way to assist me, and was just very personable. Finally, Daisy, the wedding coordinator, was spectacular. She made it a point to continually stay in touch with me to ask if everything was on track and if she could do anything. The hotel itself was beautiful, except the elevators; however they did have a notice stating that it was under renovation. I would definitely visit here in the future.
