Great location, next to a service station and near several places to eat!! Clean, updated hotel with great anemia, love the balcony and the courtyard!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was dirty. The lights wouldn't turn on. The air couldn't cool the room. The sliding glass door didn't lock and had a good tall drop off with no patio, just dropped off into a bush. And the parking lot was right there on the other side. I called the front desk and was told nothing could be done for us and I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. I made a video showing all of this and posted it on facebook. An hour and a half later, the front desk came to our room to tell us personally that they are do sorry but nothing can be done about any of it. Oh! But they comped us breakfast! Wouldn't go back.

If you’re a working professional, I’d steer clear of this one. I’m Diamond with Hilton and Gold with Marriott, so I’ve done my fair share of hotel stays. The rooms are okay, if you don’t mind a weird musty smell 😳, but what really put me over the edge was the fact they allow loud parties to take place. The bass was booming and there was a lot of yelling coming from the room next door. I felt like I took a trip back in time to my college days in the freshman dorm on a Friday night, except it’s a Monday night and I’m in a Courtyard Marriott. WTH?! I called the front desk twice. They said they were going to do something, but they didn’t. I finally demanded to be moved. As I walked back down to the lobby after repacking all of my belongings at 11:30pm in my pj’s, there were 2 creepers banging on the side door trying to get me to let them in. I told the front desk associate how displeased I was and he said he tried to call down there, but no one answered. Hmmmm.just a wild guess here, but they probably didn’t hear the phone ring due to their loud music?! The second room, also musty, was in the perfect spot for me to hear everyone pull up for the party. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Checked in without any issues. When we got to the room there was a mold smell throughout the entire room. Headed over the store next to the hotel to buy Lysol to try to drown out the smell. We end up buying some Febreeze instead. Got back to the room only to find a big roach flying around. My children are afraid of bugs so that's didn't help the situation. Got rid of the roach and "saved the day." All in all this hotel was a disappointment to our trip. We thought highly of Marriott but this hotel seems to be on the lower end of quality.

Ms Jackie Cobb was very helpful and made me feel welcome when I arrived. Her concern for me as a guest is admirable. I spoke with her 4 separate times by phone while lost and she never displayed annoyance or frustration. She is a jewel and has left me with a very favorable impression of Marriott. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott Dallas Northwest for our anniversary. The hotel was lovely and clean and very new looking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern-looking style and decorations. The check-in/check-out staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The woman who checked us in offered to suggest some dining places in the area. My only complaint is that the elevators are stifling hot. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would choose this hotel again.

Room was very nice and spacious. Thick walls as well, only heard neighbors 1 time. Staff was friendly and informed, even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Would visit again.

We were on tour in Texas and stayed in hotels in Austin, Corpus Christi and Houston. Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott was, by far, our best overall hotel experience. Super easy and excellent service checking in. Asked for a quiet room on the third floor and got a great room. The room was very clean. Great setup furniture wise. Very comfortable. It even had a balcony where we drank our morning coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel. The room is spacious and love the furniture. The service is great and staffs are very attentive. I'm here for business conference, and through the past couple days, I have observed the hotel did a great job putting this together!

Lots of staff turnover, bistro can be hectic and disorganized. Highway noise. Not all bad but prefer other hotels.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. Location is nice and close to other areas I attended. I wouldn't mind staying there in the future again.
