I have driven past here so many times, but when I saw the room I booked it was much nicer than I thought it would be. The whole place is. Great service too. Man, looks like our dear friend and fearless former Anatole leader, GM Brett Kraft, is doing a good job here.

Pretty poor experience. Lobby and front desk were quite possibly the nicest part of this hotel. Did not have a refrigerator in the room to keep our son’s milk cold and when we asked the front desk, we got back attitude and a false promise that a refrigerator was getting brought up. Definitely not kid friendly. Ended up buying a styrofoam cooler. Rooms didn’t seem that clean either. Found bugs in the room. Pretty bad for a Hilton. Will definitely look for a different hotel next time.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

This is Nancy Bane with Advance ER. We love the Hilton Lincoln Centre and enjoy working with them and they are just around the corner from our Galleria Area location. We have participated in several of their Health Fairs. The front desk office staff are incredibly friendly and we have enjoyed working with them over the years. The hotel is beautiful and I know several people who think this is the best place to stay in Dallas. Advance ER is the leading ER for no wait board-certified Physicians ready to care for their hotel guests. We are grateful to partner with the Hilton Lincoln Centre .

As with most Hilton properties, this is an old property in the need of a refresher. The lobby area and workout area are fairly updated, but the workout room is far too small for a property of this size. They do offer a free pass to a larger facility, but it is a long walk to another office tower to get to it. The room decor is straight out of the early 80s, but their rooms are clean and orderly, just extremely dated and worn. The executive lounge is well stocked and has a typical offering of food, and is large enough to handle the morning rush for breakfast.

Stayed 10/14-17 2017 Stay was humiliating. Front desk, bar and restaurant staff great. Room wasn't cleaned efficiently. Complaints about larvae bugs in our room that was barley acknowledged. Complaints to the front desk staff about housekeeping never cleaning our room led into the front desk manager (Chloe) and security storming our room pointing to us "get out, you have to leave this room now"!!! we were accused smoking in our room, which never happened, accused of eyebrow pencil shavings being ashes. We were told pictures were taken in our room which is a complete violation of our privacy. Asked staff to produce pictures, they couldn't. I didn't appreciate being accused and disrespected as a guest. I specifically chose this facility because of the nonsmoking rooms freeway accessible, then to be accused embarrassed and humiliated was absolutely uncalled for. I wouldn't recommend this facility for leisure or family fun. Horrible stay.

First room the beds were full sized. They moved us to a king but didn't tell us it was handicapped with absolutely no lavatory and only two bath towelsand the AC was broke. The next night they moved us to the "executive"level but the rooms were no different than the other two. Not my favorite stay in Dallas.

The staff was extremely courteous. Our room was beautiful with very comfortable beds. It was a very pleasant experience. My only complaint was the paid parking, but it was comped at my request.

As you can tell, I never review or rate hotels (or any establishment for that matter). However, I DID promise this hotel's leadership that I would take the time to honestly review my experiences here in the past 24 months. In doing so, I can only speak to the areas of this vast property that I experience / utilize in each stay. I stay here very frequently (at least once a month) as it is close in proximity to someone I do business with. This property is beautiful, and well maintained. It has a very nice pool area that is both friendly for families as well as the business professional looking to relax for a moment. The H bar has pretty good food and whatever drink your heart can muster. What truly sets this property apart from other Hilton Hotels is it's staff; these men and women are true ambassadors of their brand. They routinely go above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Full disclaimer, as I promised a truthful review; I did not receive the aforementioned customer service during one of my first stays (which was made right by the staff and Corporate), and there have been a couple of very minor bumps along the way (which is to be expected considering the size of the hotel). If you have any concern about booking this hotel because you haven't stayed here before, book in confidence; the property is beautiful, rooms are classy and clean, and the staff are as accommodating as you can find in the industry. Truly, I hope this helps!

Fairly limited on dining options both in the hotel and local area. Convenience store within closes earlier than one might expect with so few local vendors. Clean and modern rooms, good price.

Wonderful location, clean rooms, wonderful service. Large rooms with high ceilings for a hotel. Very quiet. It should be considering the price. Rooms need upgrading don't have USB plugs like most hotels.

I didn't stay here but, I was training next door and came here for lunch. The lobby was trendy looking in a nice way and very spacious. I went downstairs to Crockett's and had the best chicken tortilla soup I've ever tasted! The pool area was nearby and looked amazing.

Visibly dirty and stained carpet. Kids running wild up and down the hall yelling at 4 AM! Mold around windows. And this was on the 20th floor! We kept having to go down to the front desk because our cards were not programmed correctly. When calling down to the front desk they never answered, tried to call house keeping to get extra pillows, no one ever answered the phone. Still trying to figure out why they even bothered to have phones in the rooms!

We stayed for our 20 year wedding anniversary, but we wouldn't stay here again if the rooms were free, room service was free or movies were free!
The following Tuesday after our stay, we had over $100 of charges on our credit card we did not make. While calling the hotel to see what they were for and if we could get reimburse, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes! Not one person has checked back to let me know how much longer they would be. Customer service is VERY MUCH lacking at this hotel.

If you have a choice as to stay here or not, please don"t waste your time, money, or points on this hotel. You get cleaner more comfortable rooms at the Hampton!
At the time I posted this, I was STILL on hold.nope, still haven't spoke to anyone about the extra charges on my card!
RUN! RUN AWAY! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I spent 7 nights here and was extremely please with everything about my stay from check in to check out. The front desk staff was incredible. The concierge was amazingly helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room up. Even the car valets were great (and they rarely are). Food & Beverage was good but nothing really memorable. Highly recommend this well located hotel.
