I have stayed a couple time and no complaints at all so far i will be staying again this Sunday-Monday and expect no problems. Staff as far as i am concerned have been very nice. I would recommend

Bad experience with shuttle driver. Don’t recommend going on the shuttles if you can avoid it. The hotel however is pretty nice and well kept. (Edit) thank you for responding to my concern. With that, I may reconsider if I ever come back in town and need a place to stay.

I'm not sure some of the reviews I read on
this hotel are honest. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean as well as hallways and all common areas. Breakfast was well stocked except my last stay no breakfast potatoes. Never felt unsafe outside day or night and have never seen a group of people lingering around other than maybe the orientation folks which all seemed friendly. Some people are never happy and need to complain about something.

Picture looked nice and I have had good stays at other La Quinta hotels before so booking wasn’t an issue. What I should have done was look into the reviews on this location because there is a common theme going on at this specific location. The area this hotel is located in is not ideal, seems to be a bad part of town. When we arrived it was later in the evening and there were groups of people hanging around the parking lot and the entrances that didn’t look like they were actually staying at the hotel. These groups of people were acting shady and up to no good. There was empty cases of beer and more people hanging out in the halls of the hotel. I was even followed by one individual into the lobby and then after I went inside the guy who followed me turned around and made a move for my car but was surprised to find my wife and dog still in the car. My advice to you if you stay here is to park your car in a well lit area and don’t leave any valuables in the car. Carrying something for self protection wouldn’t be a bad idea also.

I have never checked in at a hotel, told them I wanted to pay cash. Was told my credit card was charged anyways. First room the bathroom was covered in water. The breakfast was so watered down fluids. Was told breakfast was over at 10. Went down at 9:30 and no food. Even was giving anxiety at check-in by the front desk talking about how bad the area was. I will never stay here again. Asked for a refund since I paid cash. Was told I had to wait 3 to 5 days. I'm stranded now in Dallas because I can't get a room

We had to get last minute accommodations due to hurricane Irma closing Atlanta airport. The front desk person was very courteous and efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. It even smelled clean without smelling like perfume.

The management and employees were heroic helping Harvey victims. The manager lowered the daily price to about $90 (the airline which dumped me in Dallas (cough~southwest~cough) quoted me a 'discounted' price of $138). Let refugees bring their dogs (come on, it was an emergency). Clean rooms. Nice TVs (two in our room), great cleaning staff. Not perfect but close. Remember, this is like a 'working class' hotel, not a resort. Not the best part of town (but close to Love field). You have to go a ways to get to decent restaurants. Bring your own laundry detergent and quarters.

The room was very clean and did not smell like pets had been there. The beds were comfortable. There is a Denny's right in the same parking lot which made it easy for us to get food late at night. There is ample parking as well. I would stay here again.

I visited the La Quinta over the weekend and I loved my visit. The front desk person was very helpful letting me know all the restaurants and attractions in the area. It was such a nice stay I still remember the front desk lady name, so if you stay here make sure to say hi to Katie at the front desk

This is one of my favorite Hotels!!
Rooms are really nice , the beds are really comfrtable, always clean and the staff is really friendly always there to help you with anything you need.

Horrible experience. We stayed at this hotel to rest. We chose this location because of a 12 pm checkout time. We stayed in a top floor room to not hear noise (movements in rooms above). Shortly after 8 am, this horrible mega-loud drilling sound began. My kids were still trying to sleep, so I called down to the front desk. She said she would send someone from maintenance to check on it. Apparently, she never did (most likely maintenance themselves were making the noise!) It continued for hours. It gave my son a headache from how loud it was. To make it worse, it had not been a restful night because the AC was so loud it sounded like a blow-dryer when it would come on intermittently. I usually like white noise, but this was absurdly loud. Adios, La Quinta! Never again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff is wonderful and the hospitality is top notch. This place was SUPER CLEAN and the complimentary breakfast was on point!! Thank you for making us and our little buddy feel welcome at your hotel

Really great staff. Located near good restaurants. Fair price. Very clean. Rooms are well kept. Only drawback is that one of the trucking companies use this hotel to keep their orientation classes at. It can get crazy @ check in on Sunday nights.
