“Excellent”
The hotel staff and the manager are frendly and helpful. The room were clean we stayed there for 3 days and they clean my room everyday. I am really happy with their service and I will stay there again. You guys are the beatresponse / report this review -

Hotel is under construction. Had I known I would not have stayed here. The front of the hotel is blocked and it was unclear which side door led to the front desk. The parking lot was dark, a lamppost was out as was one of the light fixtures by the temporary side entrance. It was also filled with debris and trashcans were overflowing. The bed sheets were stained and there was a dead bug on the wall. The elevator was out of order and there was only one washcloth provided in a room with two queen beds. Despite a do not disturb sign hung on the door, someone from housekeeping (I assume) knocked on our door at 9:45am and asked when we will be checking out. Checkout was at noon.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was very nice, it's pet friendly, and the beds are comfortable.response / report this review -

Building was under construction with lobby boarded up. Public had free access to side doors which normally require a key card. Anybody could have walked in unseen. Even with room locked, I did not feel secure. The toilet needed repair as it kept flushing every few minutes. The room was clean but smelled like carpet glue. I do not recommend this location until remodeling is completely finished. They did not notify me that it was under construction.

Under construction!! If we had known this then we wouldn't have stayed here. There was no warning or disclaimer you show up and it looks like it's closed. Should have took pictures to show how bad it is on outside.
Walls are thin and who ever was above us you could hear their every move. The continental breakfast was a joke as well. The guys working on the place stand and smoke right outside the door so you have to walk thru smoke to get in and this is suppose be a 100% smoke free place.
The bed where comfortable that's bout all I have good to say about this place.response / report this review -

Currently under construction due to change in ownership. No warning or disclaimer about the remodeling on website. No front entrance available due to construction. Trash and debris everywhere around the hotel and graffiti on the outside of the building. Stained and unclean carpet in hallways throughout hotel. Room had random hairs and stains on bottom sheet. Signs stated that hotel was supposed to be 100% smoking free and yet we smelled smoke in our room. The only upside of this review is that the front desk personnel was nice and polite and the rooms are spacious and come equipped with microwave and small fridge.

We arrived at this hotel with no reservation because we were forced out of a nasty hotel. The staff was welcoming and I appreciate the warmth and hospitality that was displayed during my stay. The hotel is a bit dated but It didn't matter. The free breakfast was delicious.. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience
