I would consider this a nicer upscale Hotel at a reasonable price. However anything from the restaurant or gift gift shop is exceptionally expensive. I was able to book a room at a discounted rate at that discounted rate it did not include any sort of breakfast.

The good - room is sort of clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The bad - Listed ammenites include free coffee in the lobby, but they charge you. They have the world's slowest elevator at this site. The beds are very firm.

My stay at Courtyard Marriott was excellent. The hotel staff was nice and answered any questions I had. The informed me of where all amenities were in site. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Overall great experience, very typical of the Courtyard brand. Rooms are modern and comfortable with a very nice TV in the room. Staff was warm and friendly. The hotel is located on a quiet side street but very accessible to restaurants and shops, within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in NE Atlanta suburbs.

The first room we were in was quite comfortable but was next to the associates' lounge and we could hear the TV quite loudly. They very quickly changed rooms for us, though, and all was well. The staff was very courteous.

Was a nice clean room in in area. Would have given 5 stars but tub drained slow and shower head was cross threaded on pipe wich cause rather large leak. Attention to detail

This is a very nice hotel. Very new and modern rooms. No tubs, showers only. Microwave and fridge. Rooms have USB power ports. No breakfast buffet, only a cafe to order cooked breakfast. Free parking in same lot as the older residence inn

Great staff. Sometimes it's a bit crazy in the lobby and the front desk associate is helping in the food area which can cause delays when calling or if you have a request. Also, the pool is almost always "closed" despite no obvious renovations taking place. On my 5 night trip, the pool was open Sunday and Wednesday only.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Very clean, and spacious rooms, with tons of outlets and everything I would ever need. Staff was very friendly.

My only complaint is, this is the only Courtyard Suites I have ever stayed in that doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast. There wasn't even free coffee. There is a café in the lobby that sells very overpriced breakfast ($9 for two eggs and a piece of toast) and coffee. I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast.
