The staff (cleaning, front desk) are professional and prompt. The facility is a bit run down - the bathroom light flickered and the tub was stained with rust. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok (usual waffle maker/cold cereal). The coffee was terrible.

DO NOT UNLESS THIS IS YOUR LAST AND FINAL RESORT. #1. NO FLAT SCREEN #2. SMELLED LIKE SMOKE #3. HOLES IN FLOORS AND WALLS. When i pulled up it look abandon as i got closer i was hoping the outside was not a reflection of the rooms. But it was a horrible experience. This place is right offbtge freeway. They have a nice van in the front they should very well upgrade their units.

By far the worst hotel experience I have had with a super 8 !!! Changed my rooms three times, the blankets were dirty as well as the sheets, took a shower in Luke warm water the supervisor Sam told me that was hot if I wanted to I could go and have a refund, unfortunately my daughter was already asleep on her main meds for surgery in the morning! Said screw it I'll just go to sleep. Never will I stay here again and I'm calling the health department for the dirtiness and not to mention listening to folks outside screaming and fighting with each other!

The motel has shaggy car park at its entrance. However its airport shuttle is reliable. The breakfast has limited variety. Most of the items are frozen and non of the items are hot. The breakfast area is filthy and lobby area is not cosy at all.

It was not clean and the shower didn't work in one room. We switched rooms and that shower barely worked and it was very dirty. We had read reviews that said it was decent and it was far from it. Disgusting!

The hotel looks worse than it is. In reality, the roms are clean, appear to be bedbug free (a major plus, as even high end hotels have bedbug problems), the a.c. works, the doors to everything close properly (I've had problems in far more expensive hotels with that!), the water is clear, and the water pressure is great. Fridge and microwave work. There's only a small dresser, but it's an airport motel We're living out if our suitcases.

The only complaints are the location (it's a shady area with drug dealers and other sorts around, but they seemed inclined to leave us alone for the most part) and what we thought were strains one things turned out to be threadbare spots on the sheets and towels. Very clean, just very used.

Everyone seemed friendly and helpful, even if they couldn't do something for us. It really just needs some spit and polish to make it exceptional. New towels and sheets would help considerably. A power wash to the outside, perhaps? I digress. Don't judge a book by its cover here. It will do the trick. A clean bed to sleep in, a hot shower, and free breakfast.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here! Our card was declined due to fraud protection and us being out of state.. within 5 minutes the card was active but the woman at the front desk (who doesn't seem to like black people very much) called her boss to ask if she could run it again That's right, she called her boss who told her that all future transactions would be declined and that if we wanted to stay, we had to use cash We are staying for TWO WEEKS that's $1800 they wanted us to pull out an ATM just to stay there.. absolutely NOT.. I don't do rude customer service and I don't do racists.. nothing like seeing her treat the white guests with smiles and jokes, and treat US with disdain and calling her boss for ONE declined transaction I will never stay at a super 8 motel for ANY reason, in ANY location, at ANY time Thanks to her..

I hate bad mouthing people and businesses but felt this was absolutely necessary. Our family of six traveled from Chicago to Atlanta and planned on staying 2 weeks to the tune of $1800. When we arrived at midnight, a LARGE group of 20 people entered at the same time. Instead of checking ONE person in, the clerk checked in all of them first. Fine. When I approached her, her face dropped and she suddenly became less than nice. Immediately she shook her head and told us the rooms we requested were not available together. Fine. I ran my card and since I'm traveling, it declined. No problem, I called my bank and had them remove the fraud protection. APPARENTLY she called the boss and told him my card declined. I was only able to pay cash for our room that night AND EVERY NIGHT THEREAFTER AS THE BOSS AND HIS CLERK REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY CARD. Soooo I'm to just HAND over almost two grand in cash? I think not. I was completely dismissed by her once she realized I wasn't using cash and that I had the right to use my credit card. Yeah thanks for that warm welcome and the raise in my blood pressure.

It was awful!!! Heavy mold in bathroom. Pool was closed when we checked in, all the 6 kids wanted to do was go swimming! I questioned why it was closed was told it closes everyday at 6pm, but assured it would be open at 9am the next day. IT WAS NOT! no one new why! Sweet girl at desk at one point told someone to go unlock it. We asked for refund to go elsewhere. they DID NOT HAVE CASH..had to wait for manager to bring it. By the way.it was still NOT OPEN when we left (2 hours later).

My experience with this hotel is customer services is at a lack and it seem like the person who was there didn't seem like he didn't care about his job. After getting the key to my room, the door did not fully shut all the way where you can still hear the cars on the highway. The bed was comfortable but they still need to upgrade the rooms. Then I seen a roach in my room now I don't want to come back. This is not a good place to stay at all unless u in dying need.

This was the worst room. On the first night there I was i was about the wash my face and i looked at the rag and their was pubic hair all on the rag. Then the next night i was there i was taking a shower and i looked in the corner of the shower and there was a roach. But the room is very spacious this was the only good thing about the room.

If I could leave a big fat zero, I would. The place looks nothing like on the site. Housekeeping sucks. I have never had to report before, a bed was made without changing the sheets. Clothes from previous people were left in a spot. The tub still had cleaning product in it. They forgot to clean up. Manager really needs to fix this. YUCK!!!

The rooms are very clean and up to date my room has hard wood floors. The room and the bathroom is a good size. The heat works good too. I stayed for one night and got it for $55 plus tax and I did not expect the room to be this pleasant in the area it's in. I fell in love with the room, the bed & the pictures that were hung up on the wall. I did not take pictures but I did take a video of the room and I will truly recommend this place to anyone. I will also be back. Ohh yeah and I can't forget the cover on the bed was also lovely it wasn't the usual ordinary hotel comfortable.

The pictures are accurate! Room was very clean, nice decor, smelled great! The remote didn't work, sheets are cheap and itchy, bring your own. "Breakfast" was a joke. Tub was old, ugly and scratched so I opted for a bird bath. AC/heat worked great when put on auto. Get what you pay for. $50, I'd stay here again.
